Got my hair cut my Devin and almost cried tears of joy when she was done. as someone who has exclusively gone to chain salons, i have never gone in with a picture and left looking exactly like the picture! she did an amazing job and she is so sweet. i will be coming here forever! highly highly recommend. i would pay triple for how well they do but the prices make it even better! thank you!!!

I had Devin as a stylist she was absolutely amazing along with Lauren. I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee while I waited for my hair to process. Lets talk about the shampooing of the hair OUT of this world so relaxing. I was in a bit of a time crunch they worked together to tone and dry my hair.

The prices are very reasonable and BTW my hair turned out perfect which is very rare for me. I will definitely be seeing Devin again for all my hair needs.

I am leaving 2 stars only because the staff has been so nice to me everytime I've been in. However, I recently came in to get all over color, only to leave pretty upset with the results.

I am not one to complain, and I'm pretty understanding when you show your stylist a picture and it may not look exactly like that when you leave. I requested an "Oil Slick" with a medium brown base. I even had an example picture of what I wanted. An oil slick consists of brighter colors like pink, blue and purple; colors I did not leave the salon with. I specifically stated that I did not want a dark base color.

What I left with was black hair and 2 very light strands of pink. I spent almost $300 (and I still tipped $40) and 6 hours in the salon. And to top it off, I left with about an inch wide stain around my entire face, and didn't realize until I got home that my shirt was ruined as well.

When I contacted the owner for a refund she offered to correct the color by stripping the black out. I opted out due to the fact that my hair had already been bleached, and I didn't want to damage it further. So instead, I asked for a refund. I was offered a 20% refund. Considering how long it took, and the fact that what I requested was charged hourly, I considered that very low. Hence this review.

Im pretty dissappointed, as I have reccommended this salon to many friends.

Marisah is an amazing hair stylist! She listens to what you are looking for color and cut wise, and hits the mark every time. All the staff are amazing as well, and all products used are high quality. It is such a relaxing and natural atmosphere, and suitable for all ages and genders. This place rocks!

I love the experience. It's more than a hair cut. You get a hand massage, hot towel, and a lot more. I always feel like I have received a special treat by the time I leave. Thank you to the wonderful staff at The Hair Company for years of consistent excellence!

Lauren has been doing my hair for the past few years. Absolutly love her and what she has done for my hair. The whole staff at the salon is just amazing. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone!!
