i knew walking into my appt i was taking a risk and i wish i trusted my gut instinct. i asked for NO length off, just my layers trimmed and shorter front pieces. i was charged $50 dollars for my hair to be 15 different lengths and a giant frizz ball. i am in complete shock that shayane thought this was an acceptable way to send me home, especially after bragging about going to beauty school in new york for an hour. this girl needs her license suspended. i am so mortified and embarrassed.
Great customer service, pricing is competitive, but for the service you get, and the products they use it's worth every dime!
Jennifer was my daughters stylist and I will go back EVERYTIME. She is experienced, knowledgeable and took her time with my 4 year old.
I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed here for years now, & it’s always a great experience!! Besides today, a girl i’ve never seen before did my wax. She never asked what I wanted done to them, the wax was being chunked on so heavy that it was also in my eyelashes. She then would repeatedly wipe the wax off with a dry towel (common sense that it’s rough on the skin, they usually use a wet cotton ball) which left my skin so red :(. my eyebrows don’t even look like they were waxed even though I was there for 25 minutes. Tiffany has always done them in the past and does a fantastic job, I guess if Tiffany isn’t there don’t get a wax.
I went to get my hair done which I already spoke about it to come on Saturday when they couldn’t take me Wednesday because they were busy !
When i went there it was 6:30 and three girls were sitting there ( all were employees) no one was there!
They close at 9 but they refused to give me service because the girls had to leave early
Like seriously? All 3 of the stylists have to leave early? You close at 9 and I reached at 6:30 so nobody could even attend me ? Horrible customer service
I was debating writing this review, I'm not normally one to shame for service because I know rough days happen. However, nobody should have to endure what I went through. I never asked for my stylist's name.. only knew that she was a mother. I asked for a bigger curl perm, and she stated that she would use the white perm rods, which were still small but I trusted her. Anyways, I ended up with a head full of random sized perm rods (mostly small). I probably should have walked away at this point but I trusted her judgement. When it came to putting in the perm solution, this is where it went south. She used two bottles on my head, which I understand to an extent, but it got to the point where the perm solution was dripping all over me for the 20 minutes it took to process. I broke out in a rash from the solution dripping all over me and it bleached my pants since the perm solution soaked through the cape and the towel she put around my neck so bad that it bled through the cape. Not to mention I paid $300 to come out with destroyed pants, soaked from head to toe in perm solution, and a rash that still to this day hasn't gone away. Needless to say, I drove home sobbing because I felt absolutely disgusting and that was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Don't charge $300 if your stylists don't know what they're doing.
Went there Tuesday July 12 for a normal wash and dry/ style because it was my birthday. When I tell you this girl had no idea what she was doing, she asked me like 3 times if my hair was “Okay” I asked her to flat iron it to see if it will make it better and it made it worse, I came out of there embarrassed of even walking through the mall with my hair like that. That girl does not know how to style hair $35 for nothing
