A coworker recommended this place for a delicious authentic Nepalese cuisine experience. Although, it is quite far from where I live, I was happen to be in Hayward.
For lunch came here and found good proposal. Took noodle ???? soup and indeed Veg. Momo ???? - dumplings. That was served with special spice and overall I felt as I dived into Nepal life.
Definitely recommend this place, lots of sitting places, simple and clean. Tasty food and attentive personnel. Also got served *chai* in the beginning.
I live near by this restaurant and I have been there so many times and they never fail to impress me with their food and hospitality. Very delicious food. Buff chowmein is the most try.
I happened upon this lovely restaurant one day while meandering through Hayward when a man dressed in colorful array invited me in to pray over its soft opening.
His ceremony was so beautiful and I wish this restaurant well.
The Chai tea is spicy, warm, delicious and served, most importantly, with love and hospitality.
This afternoon, I ordered moma which was terrific and priced fairly. The sauce was spicy with back notes that surprised my palate pleasantly. I drank some cool water. I didn't have to request it, and service was patient, attentive and sweet.
My lunch partner ordered the garlic Naan and a red cheesy chatpate sauce. I admit to slurping what she couldn't finish with a spoon.
You should give this place a try. It looks like, in the summer, one can enjoy people watching while sampling some authentic Nepali food from The Ghurka Kitchen's fenced in outside sidewalk extension to it restaurant.
Bon appetit
Food is delicious!!!???? Service is amazing ???? Highly recommend you wont be disappointed. Food is so full of flavor!
We got take out and everything was great! Momos (chicken) were juicy. Butter chicken is amazing. Wiped the container clean with the roti. Tandoori chicken was not as salty as I expected.
Great Indian and Nepalese addition to the neighborhood. They have Indian-Chinese dishes which is great!
Thukpa (soup) was very comforting and felt like warm hug while it was raining heavy outside. they made it for me to enjoy the weather. Also I ordered veg momo by DoorDash which was good. Also they mentioned that they don’t use the MSG in their food. Highly recommend this place.
Obliterated, No Crumbs Left, Great Atmosphere! Super sweets fellas!
10/10, I would bring my wife and kids here again!
=)
Photos of before and after!
Ordered the chicken platter and it was so delicious! I forgot to take the picture of the Momos but delectable and very juicy!
