Kathy is really nice and an awesome dentist. She goes through everything she is doing and explains things very well. She's one of the nicest clinicians I've had experience with.
The team at Guild Practice are very good and will take care of you. If you need an emergency appointment they will see you right away.

Despite being ludicrously overpriced, Guild endlessly tried to force unrelated products down my throat. The last straw was the last time I visited: the dentist tried to pawn a £350 facial cream regime on me after having had a rather painful filling. I'm male and quite obviously have zero interest in beauty products. Know your customer. On top of that, after every procedure there seemed to be more "necessary" treatment needed; ranging from 1-4 thousand pounds. This is not to mention that when I joined Guild, my mouth closed normally, my top and bottom set joined nicely when I closed my mouth. Now only the right hand side teeth seem to touch. This has led to a constant sore on my left cheek. Whatever way she aligned my teeth after a filling/root canal it seems to have resulted in me constantly catching flesh during eating/sleeping etc.
Have discontinued my registration and intend on joining somewhere else.

From the minute I phoned up to book my first appointment, the time I left the dental practice after my first New Patient Examination, I never felt so welcomed before in a ‘medical’ or ‘dental’ setting. The receptionist was so warm and helpful, the dentist herself impressed me with her expertise on all that’s right and wrong with my teeth and her assistant (Alex) was just a very calming and friendly presence there throughout my whole procedure. I’m usually quite nervous going to the dentist because my two previous ones were slightly aggressive and not very calming but the Guild Practice on the Malone Rd actually made me want to get my teeth checked and treated more often. All very reasonable prices too with an easy-to-read breakdown of all the pricing options. Never thought I’d say this (let alone write a review for the dentists) but I am looking forward to going back there for further treatment! All I can say is keep up the good work!
Omg can I just say how much I love this place. What they have done to my teeth was a decade long dream of mine & it finally came true.
From receptions Tracey,to dental nurse Lesley ,to finally best dentist in the world Heidi Guild I was given a 5 star treatment on every single appointment. ❤️
I mean you know your dentist truly cares when you get a 10pm e-mail of something she has forgotten to ask me not to do,in order to not mess up our progress. ???? I knew Heidi cared a lot & really had my best interest in mind, to get me the best possible outcome- but that was just a big WOW moment for me- when I thought- oh my this place is great. ????
All the costs were explained to me, also possible extra costs that might arise ,if some of the treatments doesn’t work out the way it was planned. I was made aware of these ahead of treatment, so I knew what I was getting myself into. Yes it was not cheap- but when it comes to dentistry,is it ever?
If you’re looking for implant/bridge work- look no further this is THE place you want to go to. I can’t recommend The Guild Practice highly enough & if anyone I know is ever looking anything done to their teeth- I shall send them their direction.

Trusted her from first appointment & she did not let me down, if anything- exceeded my expectations,the work she’s done is phenomenal! ???????? & I get to benefit from that each day- I’ve not smiled as much in last 10 years as I have in these 2 months since my treatment finished. The wonderful Heidi from the Guild Practice has made me excited to visit the dentist instead of dreading it! The dentistry is first-class: Heidi recently preformed some dental bonding for me and I absolutely LOVE the results, it's honestly given me my confidence back. Heidi is so professional and yet also so warm and friendly and she is always striving to make you feel comfortable in control and - very important for the likes of me as a nervous patient. I honestly can't recommend this Practice enough - you won't find a better dentists.
Highly recommend the Guild Practice, I have been a patient since Bruce & Heidi opened the practice and have been most satisfied with their professionalism. Have since introduced my wife to Bruce and she is delighted with the service she receives from the whole team. We both find it a pleasure to visit the practice for treatment as the staff are so welcoming.
Absolutely the best dental practice I've ever been to. I am a new patient who had bone restructuring, gum grafting and a new bridge fitted by Heidi. The level of patient care and professionalism of all staff is beyond reproach. Clearly a perfectionist Heidi explained all possible options of my treatment breaking down cost for me each step of the way and constantly reassuring me that she would provide me with the best possible outcome and she has done exactly that. I needed urgent attention this week and both Heidi and Bruce set about putting all the necessary safety measures in place to accommodate my visit. I can't imagine wanting to visit any other practice anywhere. Can't finish without mentioning the reception staff (the two Traceys ????) who are ever so accommodating and kind. Thank you to all at The Guild Practice.
I would highly recommend the Guild Practice. I have been attending for over 20 years and Bruce the dentist and his team are very skilled in dental extractions/fillings and implants. Communication,explanation at each stage and care and attention while in the practice is very good. Results of work completed on my teeth is very satisfactory. Rita is an excellent Dental hygienist. All the admin staff are very helpful.
