Absolutely terrible service!!
Dr Said is the worst. He is so grumpy and doesnt even listen to you fully. I understand the time limit but it doesnt hurt to listen to the patients or even show some compassion!
Coming to the receptionists, even worse. They think they are the owners of the NHS. They have no listening skills, they are rude and belittles the service users as if we did something wrong when asking for an appointment.
Now, to even book for an appointment or rather just to ask for the blood results, it takes literally 2 hours on the line only for it to be disconnected.
Will be moving out of this service and would 100% do not recommend this place if you are ill or has a loved one who needs some medical advice.

Had a telephone call with a doctor, expressed my concerns, the response “do you think you have anaemia or are you just lazy” followed by him laughing down the phone. I had to ask him to repeat what was said out of pure shock. Exactly the reason people ignore health issues because they are presented with ignorant responses from “professionals”. Think your doctors need to be provided with customer service training and remind them their job is more than just a pay check at the end of the month.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. It was unfortunate that Jane was extremely unhelpful and rude. I turned up for my booked appointment only
to find out that my appointment was cancelled by someone. She had the audacity to tell me my father who is very unwell and has no idea what my GP is called, had rung up to cancel my appointment. There was no accountability for her actions and as a result I left without seeing a doctor. I waited a few weeks for this appointment and was not even offered another appointment. This is one of many terrible incidents I’ve had with the surgery! I’ve finally just had enough that I decided to actually write a review!! I think all the recent terrible reviews just says it all.
Try to avoid this surgery! If I can put ZERO, I will. Booked a telephone appointment for my little son, but doctor didn't call me at all. I've been a few years with this surgery. Nothing good to say. My patience is over.
I’ve been with this GP for years, if it wasn’t such a faff to change I would have left. Dr Said has misdiagnosed my children (with very basic kid illnesses) 3 times and I have diagnosed myself online and gone back for them to say ‘oh yes, it is that’. Saving grace and the reason for not giving it lower are some exceptional doctors, Dr Hameed, Dr Raza and Dr Mula and wonderful nurses. Working under very stressful NHS conditions and restrictions currently and still making patients feel important.
3 minute phonecall with gp telling me there's no point referring my child for mental health services as they all get rejected. Said they'll reject due to lack of information however he didn't listen to any information, didn't let me speak and give him any details. Wasn't interested the second I said its mental health related. Rushed me off the phone. Should be ashamed of himself, should not be called a 'doctor'. Disgusting.
Witnessed a screaming match between a receptionist and elderly patient yesterday. The elderly patient is obviously poorly we were all there at 7.30 am waiting to be seen.
This is never the first time there has been a brawl in the surgery.
Proving my point, had a black person behaved in such a manner they would have called the police.
That was the last straw.
Registered with a new GP with immediate affect.
Had a blood test with a phlebotomist. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with an NHS worker. She deserved no stars but unfortunately I am unable to give zero stars. And this is coming from another NHS worker
