Best KPortal Reviews

I am really sorry that I am gonna say. Honestly, the food was not really delicious. Lobster pancakes have a bad fishy smell. the cost of food was expensive. Vibes are fancy. Service was so nice. It was a weird experience. In the nice fancy restaurant, why is the food so bad? I recommend you guys are serving chilies with food. Because food has no favor. You guys need to get a credit card for the customer's convenience. You should test the foods by yourself. I found this restaurant with a good rate, but I don't know why your restaurant has good rates. Btw, diverce tea choices are nice. After candy was adorable. I assume you lost a good chef.
Great pad Thai. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Place is clean, and spacious. Parking is free. Quality food. This is not what I would consider fast food Thai. Food is great, and presentation is awesome. Been coming here for a couple years, and never disappointed. Located on Greenleaf, the owner is friendly, welcoming, and informative. Works hard for his customer base .and the staff is just as eager.
This hidden gem has one of the best Thai foods I've had. As other reviews stayed, the outside is extremely understated but the inside is really beautiful . the service is friendly n on point, definitely family friendly....and while pricey, Every dish is well presented and packed with delicious flavor... Even my basic meat n potatoes guy n kiddo were super impressed with flavor and giving their 5 star stamp of approval. Really enjoyed the chicken satay, the peanut sauce, pad Thai, dumplings, curry, and crying tiger. Ended night with share of fried coconut ice cream....My only miss was the fried rice, honestly with everything better off with just ordering white rice to taste these flavors. Will be back again to enjoy this and try other dishes again.
It was my first time coming here. Service was good and quick. The atmosphere had a good vibe. I ordered pad thai on the lunch menu it came out fast. My lunch tasted very good with the flavors of the vegetables, chicken, tofu, and noodles on the plate.
Hidden gem of a place. Don’t let the rough parking lot fool you. Decent enough portions with a budget that won’t drain your bank account. The only down side was that the place was unable to accept Debit at the time but allowed Venmo, PayPal and cash. There was mention of a cash discount.
I ordered pad see ew and my fiancé had Pad Thai.
We waited less than 10 minutes for our meals and we can tell they took pride in the presentation
Friendly staff and atmosphere, but the pad thai was underwhelming. Maybe it was just a bad day, it just wasn’t flavorful and compared to other pad thais way overpriced. 3 stars for the food nevertheless as the tom kha soup was delicious.
Great presentation, service and amazing flavors. I like the selection of food they offer. Would definitely come in again. Never forget dessert.
We were crazing Thai so decided to stop by this spot since it’s close to where we live. It was a week day and we got here before 8:30 since their Yelp page says they close at 9:00.
We’re immediately greeted in a very rudely manner with a no we’re closed with the hand waiving under the chin gesture aka The Chin Flick. Now I know some people are ignorant to hand gestures or just how to treat a potential paying customer. But this gesture is the equivalent of throwing someone the middle finger!!
We passed by this place all the time and it always looks empty so we wanted to give a local restaurant some business and good vibes, guess not!
So as an Elite Yelper, I posted a review expressing my concerns in hopes that the Business Owner would recognize their shortcomings and apologize. I would have gladly taken down my review and given them business. But that wasn’t the case, the Business Owner continued with more insults saying that my option didn’t matter and that no one would care about my post!
Look Business Owner, maybe you’re not from this country or just don’t know how to treat potential paying customers! So take heed, you need to enroll yourself in some Customer Service courses and educate yourself. A polite and friendly response goes long way, which we never got!!
