I'm so pleased this place turned up on my Facebook feed. We decided to go tonight for dinner and we certainly didn't regret it.
It's only a short drive from our house, a fifteen minute drive into the countryside is always nice.
Lovely looking pub which was quite full in the bar, a good atmosphere.
We were served our drinks by a very friendly lady and then we took our seats in the restaurant area. Served again by a very friendly and helpful young lady.
We didn't wait long for our starters, which were presented and tasted fantastic. Our mains were just the same. Hardly any wait at all and the presentation was great. Everything was cooked very very well indeed, the portion sizes were generous but not over bearing and the tastes were sensational.
We'll definitely be returning, the whole experience was exemplary. Thank you.
Excellent food ,very high standard with plenty of variety. Very friendly staff and also they serve forged Irish stout which is a bonus!! Can’t wait to come back!
The food was quite nice and the service was excellent it only took 20 minutes for the food to arrive and it was lovely, the staff were very nice and it idls located in the centre of the village which is very accessible to residents and the pool room is very clean and it's a great place to celebrate any occasions.
Went on Christmas day, obviously very crowded but they were doing a splendid job.

We live in the village, sadly the pub has changed hands many times over the years. It is currently under new management, we dined on Tuesday night, food was good value for money and staff friendly & efficient.
We stayed at the Green Dragon after my sons engagement party. The rooms were excellent very nicely decorated, good size and good bathroom with a lovely hot and powerful shower. Kitchenette area was as described.||||The bar and dining area was stylish and can see ever effort has been made to make it very welcoming. Wide range of good quality ales and spirits with plenty of seating inside and out. The Sunday roast was absolutely beautiful! Shame we couldn't eat it all! ||||Staff were brilliant and tailored to all our needs and requirements. Special thanks to Shona and Georgia who where very welcoming and always had a smile.||||For a pub that has been open not even a year hats off to you will definitely be back!
