Awesome views of the gorge,
Was able to hear them rehearsing, great sound,
From what I saw, it looks like you should have a pretty good view of the stage anywhere you are sitting.
Blow your mind fantastic venue. Probably one of the best you’ll ever go to!! Don’t hesitate to book a concert here!!
Clean, lots of food vendors and alcohol vendors. NOT CHEAP
$17 usd for beer tall can
>$20usd for all food - good food too.
Typical and Expected at a concert venue.
View is spectacular- out of this world! Highly recommend this site.
Porta potties for restrooms for most areas. Some a long way to walk to get there!
Gorgeous views and sound. The bass was really boomy surprisingly and it was a great time. Everything's really overpriced though
Absolutely amazing place to watch concert gorgeous scenery, and all amenities you need.
What an amazing experience at the Dave Matthews Band concert at the gorge. It was a typical hot day, but when the sun goes down, it cools off, but the music gets hot! We camped for one night and had a great time eating lots of new people. Everyone is so generous and friendly. It’s a refreshing change from the daily monotony of life. They should have drinking water stations throughout the campground, as it is scarce, so bring plenty of drinking water. We were in the pit at the concert, and everything went very smooth considering they were over 20,000 people. The food is expensive as to be expected, as well as the beverages, but the cool thing about camping there is you can bring plenty of your own.
This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. The concert was also just fabulous.
Tips ....
1. Get there really early.
2. Leave at least 2 hours to get into the venue to the parking.
3. It'll be super busy after the event. You may want to just wait it out and have a nap in your vehicle before you head out, otherwise you are just going to be waiting on traffic, which will likely take 1-2 hours to get out. So, if you think you want to do this, bring pillows.
4. If you want to get in faster, you can use the excited lane, but you can't have any bags or blankets.
5. Review all the information on the Gorge website before going. There's lots you should be aware of there.
Enjoy! This is the most stunning concert venue ever.
Great venue! The views are amazing! We stayed in Quincy, and transportation was difficult - recommend getting a dedicated driver or staying nearby or camping on site. The place seems to become a maze in the dark, so use Google maps to mark important places.
This was the first experience in this type of event, camping out to go to a concert. She was afraid of the experience but it is definitely worth it. The logistics organization was very orderly. The place couldn't be more beautiful! I would describe it as a magical, unique place that provides the perfect connection between silence, peace and music.
