EGG-cellent! The Good Egg is a restaurant I've been wanting to come to for years and never got the chance to. Now, I've arrived and will definitely be coming back for more. The eggs are fluffy, huge, fresh and well-cooked. I got the Denver Skillet and they gave a great portion of eggs! Usually brunch spots like this skip out on the eggs, not here! The ratio of potatoes, veggies and more were all satisfying in my skillet and tasted AMAZING! San Jacinto has claimed this spot as a local gem and it's truly worthy of its loyal and fun-loving clientele. The staff are very welcoming, polite, and professional. I love that this restaurant has plenty of seating! It's huge and they have several tables for massive groups. A dining counter is also located in the front of the restaurant. If you're looking for a quick, affordable bite there's specials on different days of the week! This restaurant also serves lunch and dinner.
Spontaneous stop, Love this place! Service, kindness and food were all excellent! If we’re in the area again we’d definitely visit again.

Fair warning the parking lot and outside appearance (also the lock and chain on the entrance door) may make you hesitate.....but it's worth it!!!
The 1st time I ate here, everything was delicious. This 2nd time the food was good but not as good. Service is good but allow for crowded days like Sunday's. I still recommend everyone try this place.
This place has one of the biggest menu I have ever seen for such a smaller place. . .The food is really good, especially my favorite "menudo". .The service is excellent. . .The atmosphere feels very cozy. .. Each time I go I am going to get something different until I have the whole menu. ..
Love this restaurant, mostly come here on the weekends and food always delicious. Customer service is great. Friendly waitress and always checking on us. Spinach, mushroom, and Jack cheese omelet is my favorite. Menudo is also delicious. Ham and eggs is always a favorite.
I visited this place today. We ordered pancakes bacon hash brown Waffles with walnuts powdered sugar and fried chicken. The waitress was super nice and welcoming and everyone was Happy and active. The cook was throwing down in the kitchen. My only advice was I had egg shells in my eggs and my cup was change do to it being dirty 2x and the powdered sugar was so old it was no longer sweet. The pancakes and Waffles lacked flavor so it needs butter milk sugar and vanilla in the mix I did take photos. Other than that I will be back to try it again in a few months.
Update and the removal of 2 stars my niece that was with me just through up all of her food and we are on our way to the hospital.
Have been here 3 times because it’s close by and the food is mostly good. Today I had the papa treat. Eggs were good, pancakes were good hashbrowns were fine. And the bacon, every time we come here the bacon is burnt to a crisp. Every time! Thought it might’ve been an accident the first 2 times but no. Unless you ask for your bacon “soft” they’ll give you pork rinds for bacon. And lastly the orange juice, $5 for a glass of orange juice is ridiculous. That’s what a whole gallon costs and it tastes the same. Probably won’t be back especially for $50 for 2 people.
