We have just had a meal for my birthday and it was all delicious ???? I’m a cook myself so for food to be this good really impressed me, definitely be back soon.
We were staying in Hartlepool for a nice weekend away and visited the golden lion today for Sunday lunch, absolutely beautiful food, myself and my husband went for the topside of beef and it was cooked to perfection fresh vegetables and mint sauce, then we decided to have a dessert, blueberry and white chocolate cake and custard, out of this world, will certainly be back again, food was amazing the staff were amazing we highly recommend this place and it wasn't expensive either
