We were looking for somewhere for a late breakfast with dogs and called in. We were served by the most polite man who accommodated us brilliantly. The food was super fresh and high quality produce. Even the dogs got a sausage! Will definitely be returning soon, can’t recommend enough
Very nice visit. Food and service was lovely and reasonably priced. Staff and customers were very friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
Went for a family meal on Sunday, after looking for somewhere different to try. Spotted the menu for this place online, which looked perfect, but when we got there, it turns out they use a 'Sunday' menu instead, which was disappointing. However, the service was very nice, lovely staff, although the food took a long time to arrive. My prawn cocktail lacked any flavour, other than that we were all very happy with our food. Also the restaurant is in a separate room from the pub, very clean and is decorated nicely.
Food was class!! Huge portion and well worth the money, presented well, cooked even better ... service was good and helpful. We will be back
Welcomed at the door, shown to our clean and spacious room, staff couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. Ate in the restaurant, great value, good sized portions of delicious home made fresh food. Will be staying here again.????????????????
Been to The Glazebury before and was lovely went Sunday 4th February was very disappointing starter pawn cocktail when eating had hair in it main meal Roast potatoes were rock hard. The staff was very kind and could not say sorry enough but for the price and service very slow and I mean slow it was awful
OMG! Called in here because where we were going was rammed, and we were not disappointed! The roast beef dinner was huge and gorgeous... just what you want for a Sunday roast! We had the Cauliflower cheese between 2 of us, and that was a bit different, but in the way that makes you want to go back and have it again so you can work out what was different about it! We also had the sausage and mash which could not be faulted at all! Everything was well cooked, piping hot, and didn't touch the sides! We'll be back!
Unfortunately they seemed overwhelmed by the size of our prebooked party of 19. The quality of food and portion sizes were fine but service was so very slow.
