The Glass Knife in Winter Park is a charming spot offering a wonderful array of pastries, sandwiches, doughnuts, cakes, and coffee. The ambiance is bright and inviting, making it a perfect place for a relaxing break or coffee date with friends and family. Their pastries are beautifully crafted and delicious. I personally tried one of the specialty doughnuts and it was fantastic. But, everything looks delicious. The coffee is also excellent, complementing the sweet treats perfectly. The service was exceptional as well. Everyone working was attentive, kind, and friendly ready to answer questions and get what you needed to make your experience better. The Glass Knife is a must-visit for anyone in the area looking for quality food in a cute setting.
The Glass Knife is one of those places that is a must visit every time we go to Orlando. Their donuts and pastries are some of the best we have ever had! Their seasonal treats are always unique and creative. But one of the things that makes me loyal is their amazing customer service. On a recent trip to Orlando we ordered a large batch of pastries to go. We were about 30 minutes out of Orlando when I got a call from them telling me one of my pastries did not get in the box. They offered to credit my card since we were already outside the city. When I got home I realized there must have been a small box of goodies that didn't make it into the to-go bag so I called them back and let them know figuring they would find them and credit my card back. Not only did they do that but I got a call about 45 minutes from the manager apologizing for the errors because that is unlike his team. This was the only time it has ever happened over the last few years. But he didn't stop there he told me he was leaving a gift card in the register with my name on it for the next time I went to Orlando. One of the ways to know how good a place really is, is based on how they handle a mistake. The Glass Knife showed me what excellent customer service looked like!
A really cute little dessert shop! I have to say that all the sweets there look fantastic and are great for photos. The atmosphere and service are really nice as well. However, the flavor is just mediocre. We ordered 2 cakes and preferred the chocolate Onyx slightly more than the winter berry and cream. They are just really really overly sweet. And don’t order the drinks:.) do go visit if you have a sweet tooth and for the cute atmosphere tho:)
The place was aesthetically pleasing and clean. The staff were polite and welcoming. We got three desserts and spent about 40 dollars. They were all decent quality in terms of presentation but definitely too sweet. I personally don’t think the food was worth the money but I’m also not a dessert connoisseur.
From the moment I stepped into The Glass House, I knew I was in for a treat. The restaurant's elegant décor and immaculate upkeep immediately set the stage for a delightful dining experience. However, it was the array of delectable desserts that truly stole the show.
After hearing glowing recommendations, I couldn't resist trying the red velvet cake, and I'm so glad I did. Each bite was a heavenly combination of moist cake and luscious cream cheese frosting, leaving me craving more. It's no wonder this dessert comes highly recommended – it's a true standout.
As I savored every bite of my red velvet cake, I couldn't help but plan my next visit to The Glass House. With such a tantalizing variety of desserts to choose from, I'm eager to explore more of their offerings and indulge in their sweet creations. The Glass House has certainly become a top contender for my go-to spot for satisfying my dessert cravings.
This place is cute and chic. I went with my friends for breakfast. The service was delightful. The food was served quickly. We all enjoyed our meal . I got a ham & cheese croissant , but switch the ham to turkey. It was wow.
It's definitely a place to add to your list of places to go for breakfast, lunch, or brunch .
If you are looking for a super cute picturesque brunch spot The Glass Knife is it! We had some great eats and the service was 10/10! We want to specially thank Riley and Zay for the great service!
One of my favorite places to weekend brunch! Super cute spot with delicious options. The waffles and quiche are two of my favorites. Also, we have had service from Sky a couple of different times and each visit, she’s been so friendly and made our visit even sweeter. And don’t even get me started on the macaroons ???? Don’t sleep on The Glass Knife, guys.
