Great job quality work they cut my diff 2 inches to put a bigger lip rim plus the prices are good n the communication was great plus he installed my disc brake set up i will recommended ????

Anyone that finds themselves scratching their heads when it comes to your differential needs do yourself a favor go see Gary at the gear shop. Please beware this man shoots straight from the hip. He says life is too short not to. On Friday March 24 2023 I needed some pinion bearings I had went to another rear end place in seal beach and they sold me parts for Frankenstein sadly they got me for half a grand, but I settle with them soon enough. Gary was shown what I had and he hooked me up with everything I needed to get the job done now this guy knows his stuff.
Gary always has the parts I need in stock, while the advice and help is key to a successful install when dealing with a diff I haven't done before. Can't get that from any mail order outlet. Prices are also very reasonable, and sometimes less than anywhere else.
Ive been buying from this place for years and have always been content with the quality and availability of the parts they sell. Sometimes finding the right differential parts can be stressful but this place makes it easy. Gary is knowledgeable and experienced so i know im always getting the right part/kit. 100% would recommend.
Kind of disorderly. Maybe the dogs they have are for protection but the place stinks probably due to the few dogs they have. If a person calls to order parts write down the necessary info & have the parts ready it took almost 30 minutes to get my parts
Impolite and inefficient. Called and ordered a day before. They lady in the counter was rude and unhelpful when we went to pick the items up the next day. She couldn't even give me her business number. I had to grab a pen to find it. Gary said the parts were available but never made the order. The business needs to work on organizing orders and customer service.
Called looking for information on rear differential. Spoke to Raylene who was more helpful than 4 calls and 2 shop visits I made to other places.
Being new to California with auto troubles, this experience in customer service was a great one. She referred me to a reliable specialist for inspection and encouraged me to follow up with her if needed.
