Paid ca. £180 for a "service". Apparently all they did was plug it into a computer and didn't actually service the car in any way or investigate/fix any of the faults the computer found. They just told me the car needs £1000's worth of repairs or it won't pass its next MOT.
So then when my car passed its next MOT I was quite suspicious. Now, a while later, I have taken my car for a proper service at a trusted place where I used to live. I told my guy about all the faults this place supposedly found on the computer but he had a look with his own two eyes and there were no such faults. The car is fine.
Had a few amazing experiences with this garage. #1 fast efficient MOT service.
#2 my car's electrics went bonkers today and they took time out of a busy schedule to run diagnostics and put my mind at ease that the car was ok to drive etc.
I could have been told to book an appointment and come back another time, so it was such a relief to be met with such a helpful response.
Absolutely brilliant service. Car is driving so we'll after a service and a couple of small jobs. They even fixed my key without asking. Feel lucky to have a access to such a great garage. Also really friendly. Can't recommend enough.
Brilliant garage. Anthony & his team are fab! They get the job done properly & efficiently without ripping you off which is even more important as a female driver who knows nothing about cars!
Absolute 5 star service from Anthony and the team. They are really busy but still managed to squeeze me in on the same day to fix my misfiring mini! Could have easily said they were fully booked. You can’t go wrong having your car under their care as they are as honest as they come and genuinely care about service as well as knowing all there is to know about cars and how they work/don’t work. Let’s be honest, we are never 100% sure when a mechanic says “you need a new” whatever but with these guys you can be 100% confident that what they say is what you need and that with the advice they give is a real premium service for a really good price. Best garage by miles. Well done lads! Never change!
As a new time driver I needed some guidance on my car. I was recommend to go to this garage and it was a success. 3 very kind men, the owner was very kind to me, explained the process and guided me throughout. I didn’t book in and they saw me within a few minutes which is highly appreciated! Definitely will be back!
These guys are great, take time to explain what's going on with the car and are honest and reliable. There's a reason why it can be hard to get on the phone, they are busy! They don't fit tyres, so make sure you are aware of that before you go, but for servicing and mechanical/electrical work they are my go to place.
