Best fish I've had in years!
The batter was crispy and delicious, the chips were perfect, and the fish was superb. Overall, The Galley was a delightful dinner. Cooked fresh, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
Highly recommend.
Quite busy but didn't have to wait too long. Lovely fish and chips, they keep their fryer oil fresh.
A wonderful place to sit, relax and eat. Went here on holiday. Nearly saw the northern lights here but missed it by a few miles in the end. In the meantime we had great food, beverage and hospitality that we'll never forget! Thanks to everyone working here in April 2023.
Best chippy in Moray. Jamie and Amanda (owners) are the nicest people you could meet and driven to satisfy every customers order. They excel every time I've had any problem with an order, and they resolve it and beyond.
Ordered scampi got fish
Ordered pickled onion got gherkin
Food was quality as was service but maybe just too busy to get correct
Food wasn't great. Tasteless and oily. Was just passing through so hopefully a one off bad experience.

This is by far the best fish supper I've ever had. I'm from Fife and people rave about Anstruther chippy. I thought it was good until I had been here. Absolutely by a long shot the best I've ever tried!!!
