Beautiful salon and very friendly staff. My cut and color by Brittney is the best I’ve gotten in Springfield. I also got a facial by Brittney. So relaxing and my skin was glowing afterward!
My visits to the Gallery have consistently been fantastic. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and my stylist pays close attention to my preferences. The insightful suggestions enhance the overall experience, and I regularly choose this salon for both haircuts and highlights. Additionally, I've had a wonderful facial here, further solidifying my recommendation.
These ladies did such an amazing job making my wedding day special! I took at picture at 10:45 that night and my hair and makeup was still perfect! Highly highly highly recommend!
I went for the first time today and absolutely loved my experience! I got a blowout done with Allison and a facial with Elise, both of which were amazing. All of the staff there are so uplifting, encouraging, helpful, and friendly. They make you feel like you are at home and are there to answer every question you may have. I received very helpful tips and suggestions, both for my hair and skin care. I have never had a shampoo/conditioning at the salon that was so thorough and detailed until I came here, even including a scalp massage. I also have never had such a thorough skincare consultation and gotten as much help with my questions as I did today. They included a few free skincare products for me to try, which I really appreciate! The decor is so beautiful and I loved the atmosphere! The whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing! I highly highly recommend and I will be back!
Excellent service. The quality of cuts are well above average, especially given the local area. I feel the prices are a little high by Chicago standards. That said, I'm a happy repeat-customer.
I absolutely love coming here! The environment alone is so cute! Everyone is always very friendly and professional. I just recently had a wedding and brought my bridesmaids here for hair/makeup! They all loved it and thought the place was very cute. It was great that they could shop clothes, candles, etc while waiting for other girls to finish up. Some girls liked it so much, they mentioned coming back to get services done for themselves. Highly recommend!
Lashes Lashes Lashes! Ok so it had been seemingly complicated to get an appointment to get my lashes done…. Until I saw a random Facebook post prompting me to call the Gallery to book… so I gave it a whirl! Let me tell you, I am so glad that I did! It has been the best experience and I am hooked and will never get them filled or done anywhere else ❤️ Elise has been a true Gem ????
The Gallery offers the best in Springfield! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I am a 20+ year happy customer for hair cuts and highlighting. I recently started getting facials, and they are such a treat! I highly recommend the Gallery!
