Lemon pepper seasoned wings were great. Honey hot wings were ok. Steak Philly was fiiiire! Egg fried rice was perfection. Fast and friendly service.
have ordered from here a lot and i love their chicken tenders! sometimes the food does have an oil taste to it but otherwise its DELICIOUS. really want to try the lemon pepper wings everyone talks about!
The food was decent. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and shrimp fried rice. It was the one thing that had consistently decent reviews. The wings were good, definitely extra heavy on the lemon pepper seasoning for whoever likes that. Rice was a bit hard for me and dry, but it was good.
I ordered round 9:15pm and that was a huge mistake. We received all the old fries. I asked that one of my orders have all flats however they gave my second order all drums. My husband likes flats and drums, but being lazy this is what we received. This place is either hit or miss but not consistent. I hope they get it together soon. The food was not fresh and not good tonight.
Not bad all around. I tried the Catfish on Friday and the Philly Cheese Steak tonight. I have to say that everything was pretty good. It's nice to have an American Deli-esque restaurant nearby. I have to watch the fried foods but it's pretty good stuff. I was upset that I never got to try Peck's when it was at this location and decided to give this place a shot. It wasn't a bad idea. The prices aren't too bad and the employees were friendly enough. I live a bit away and had to do some things before finally eating and the food was still warm. I'd have to say that this establishment is one that you have to try at least once. It would've been nice if the Cole slaw were a dollar cheaper as the small (only size for the slaw) is just that. The slaw wasn't so bad. I really need to try the wings when I get a chance but thus far, the Catfish and Cheese Steak were pretty good. Not to mention the fries. The female employee that works there wears a mask (she was wearing one on both times that I arrived) which is always nice to see. I think that it's also a big plus that you can actually see them preparing the food, so that's very nice.
Food is delicious! Satisfies the savoury cravings and the staff is great! I will only return to places with great customer service! Finally tried this place a few days ago with the fam for take out.
This place is nothing fancy but the food is tasty! I'm obsessed eating their lemon pepper wings/ garlic/salt & pepper wings and shrimp fried rice together lol! Their fish is cooked perfectly! The cooks here know what they're doing. I love their wings because it's not those massive fatty hormone XL wings. It's a good size fried to the perfect crispness! The philly cheese steak is also tasty! We've been there twice this week. Will try the fried okra next time. If it's busy, have patience and be kind. YES, THE WINGS ARE DELISH!!
The Lemon Pepper wings are like crack. I've never had crack, but I've heard stories.
When I think of eating them, my mouth starts to salivate and I can taste the lemon before I even order. I've never had lemon pepper flavoring so I can't compare it to anything else, (my hubby says it's a common flavor in wing spots), it's damn good. I eat them at least 2x's a month at minimum.
They're cooked perfectly. The fat is gone, the skin is crunchy. I hate when chicken is fatty, that's undercooked to me. I'm a texture eater and these are spot on. They also have built in vents for the chicken container for carryout so it's not soggy when you get it home. One time I grabbed some from Wing Stop around the corner cause this place was closed, I was completely disappointed, I couldn't finish my order. They were fatty, and soggy wings, no lemon pepper crack sauce.
My rating is for the chicken only. I've tried other things (fries, shrimp) and am I was not impressed. It's busy, and it's small. If you want to eat in, there are tables and seating. We don't have a ton of food options close by and Fl is overpopulated compared to retail and food here so bring your patience. There's normally teenage kids working there, who aren't super trained on customer service, but they're kids so they're doing the best they know how to. Idc though, cause the wings are so damn good.
I love this place, BUT the last few times I've ordered through Door Dash items have been missing. Not blaming the door dash driver since the bags are tied in a knot and they shouldn't go through it to begin with. Was told by one driver they apparently have a new associate who wasn't very pleasant, not sure how true it is but please make sure they are getting orders correct. I can't go up there as I'm stuck in the house for now with a new born or I would have no issue driving up there. And since it's part of a meal I'm not going to say the whole thing is missing when it's just half. Not sure how you completely forget the fries in a combo meal more than once ????????
