Best lentil soup I've ever had. I've tried a lot of places over the years in Glasgow and I'm no slouch at making lentil soup myself. This is some tasty soup.
I went today (after being previously and liking it) and the blonde woman who seemed to be in charge of the kitchen line up 'cooked' my wrap today and then I watched her eat half the chicken that was for the wrap while putting the wrap in the panini press. She then proceeded to faff about while several other hot orders were completed in half the time.
Once I then finally got the food it tasted of cigarette smoked and the taste lingered for hours after. meaning she didn't wash her hands before and after prepping the food. I noticed that she didn't when she didn't wear gloves and didn't clean hands between touching different surfaces and the food.
I am sad because this was a place I liked to go round the corner from my work and now I won't come back because only one employee. Everyone else is lovely and works on time and cleans.
Really good value, tasty freshly prepared stuff - perfect when you don’t want anything complicated or expensive in the town centre. Lentil soup and a ham roll, hot stuff looked good too - thanks team!
Place was packed at lunch time..but they get it sorted quickly. After giving you get a ticket for your order so you get the right food

Just inhaled a bacon and egg roll from here before a job interview. This place is amazing, no nonsense and everything is good quality and tastes great. Not quite a regular but I come whenever I can!
Stumbled upon this fantastic place while we were looking for breakky on the way to the cathedral (we're tourists). So fortunate to have found it, it was such good value, such a friendly atmosphere, the staff seemed to know everybody who came in by name, but most of all the food is tasty as. I had the cheese and scrambled egg roll and a fried egg and bacon roll (it was too good to have only one). I wish we found it earlier I want to try all of them. I guess I'll have to come back to Glasgow one day. I'll stay and the z hotel, eat at the food stop and party at the Ben Nevis bar, those three places really made my short Glasgow trip memorable!
