Lovely old pub in the town square. Low ceilings and an open fire all add to the charm.
An efficient kitchen and great staff serve a massive choice of lovely food.
Stumbled upon this pub after checking other Google reviews. On entering staff were very attentive and seated us at our table. Waiting times were all spot on and the food was lovely and portion size was more then fair. Prices were set correctly and places like this are hard to come by. Only reason I deducted a star was because my daughter's chicken was still very pink in the centre and if I hadn't of been keen to try it would have gone unnoticed and could have upset her, however the staff apologised and delt with it promptly and did her a complete new meal. Still overall we were very happy
What a great find! Set just a 12min drive from Skegness away from the greasy spoons and chippy's, this place is lovely home cooked wholesome food. Every trip to the coast I ask the family if we can go here. I love their steak and stilton pie (not a bit of fat in sight and served with mash and veg). Others had the steak (cooked to perfection), curry of the day (best pub curry they've ever tasted) and chicken in a stilton creamy sauce with home made chips - just so tasty. Very friendly and welcoming staff too that are always up for a bit of banter. Put this pub on your "to go" list, it's a must but do book in advance
Our new go-to pub when we visit the coast! Lovely homemade cooked food everything was delicious. Big portions and very reasonably priced. Staff are lovely and friendly, we felt very welcomed including our dog! She got her own plate with biscuits and a lovely bed for her. Can’t wait to return!

We were in the area for a family event and at quite short notice for mothers day rang to see if they could accommodate up to 14 people. Everything was explained to me very honestly about the space perhaps being tight for that many (which I appreciated) and book a meal for us all. We confirmed the day prior with only 10 spaces required and we all turned up for a mothers day meal together... the Landlady was a joy and made us all feel very welcome. The menu was vast for choice and a variety of meals were ordered. Everyone was very happy with the meal and visit overall and we shall return next time we're all down that way of the country. Thank you!
I had an amazing meal here with friends, who both also said their food was fantastic. There is a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and a varied menu.
The Fleece Inn is by far one of my favourite pubs to visit. The staff are incredibly helpful, chatty and hardworking. The pub looks and feels well cared for while while keeping the traditional pub look.
The drink choice is good and the food is fantastic! I’d definitely recommend the Sunday dinners.
The garden is beautiful, spacious and welcoming. Another bonus is that they’re very dog friendly.
