No acknowledgment at the till, they decided to greet the person who just walked in when I’ve been stood there for nearly 5mins, simple acknowledgment goes a long way even if you don’t plan on serving the guest at that moment…
Never had a bad meal from here. Always well cooked, tasty food. I've marked it high atmosphere as the staff are friendly and any downtime they have they spend cleaning and tidying. But this isn't an eat-in restaurant, just a takeaway. Just to manage expectations!
Prices are pretty standard for the industry. They've gone up like everything else, but still reasonable.
Food was absolutely disgusting, I didn’t even attempt to try mine.. don’t know how anybody else did… it came cold and soggy. Also missing items off the order.
When I rang the shop about the food & missing items I wasn’t offered to be refunded or have the missing items delivered (not that I wanted them????) and was actually spoke to in a very rude way and was basically told told tough..
Absolutely appalled, I will never be using this place again!!

Would have given zero if it was an option. This Is The First and Last time I have had any food from this terrible place. My fish stank of ammonia making it completely inedible…. The chips were dry and overcooked. Complained to just eat and completely ignored. Therefore no further orders from me !!!. Completely unacceptable
Wouldn't cook a pineapple fritter or do battered chips.
Most of the items on the menu were unavailable.
Ordered scallops they were dreadful. One side was soaked in oil the other was so hard it was inedible.
Won't be visiting here again.
First time I had a take away from this shop. And that will be the last.
Yesterday 25 April 2021, I have ordered mixed chicken and chips. Chips had rubbery taste, they were definitely reheated, chicken was extremely dry.
Everything tasted and looked as it was from previous day if not older.
Waste of money as threw away most of it. I wish I never tasted it because now I have food poisoning and tummy upset. This place is a danger for your health.
My first time writing a negative review but I felt I had no other option as I contacted the shop to let them know the chips were brown and looked like it had been fried in dirty oil. The fish was fine but the batter was more like raw dough. I was told to return the parcel. When my husband returned the food the owner refused to do anything about it. Waste of time and money. Poor service and disingenuous!!
