We had my husband’s 60th birthday party there and it was great! Food was great! Atmosphere was great! Kelly and team did a fabulous job! I would recommend over and over!
Thank you!!
Food is always good. Service is always great. Love coming here. I always get the Ruben. Also the comment below that says they don't allow service dogs isn't true we just some 400lbs guy bring in his service dog and there was another dog there too named Petey!
The waitress was very rude and almost seemed intoxicated. She seemed annoyed with even just taking our order. She came a dropped our food off and we were polite and thanked her and she just walked away every single time without a word… brought the wings we ordered and the cup of ranch in the basket tipped and dumped all over our table as she continued to reach over to put it down and then again just walked away.. half the cup onto our table. No opps, no sorry, no let me grab some napkins. Just walked away. I would give the service 0 stars if I could.
The food was not at all what I expected. Very bland and over cooked. Ordered a side salad and got literally just a small bowl of letruce with chunks of onion. No toppings as described. The pub pasta was undercooked noodles tossed in butter atleast that’s all it tasted like. My son didn’t even touch his chicken tenders. The hot wings were the only thing edible.
Heads up they also charge a fee for paying with a card and charged a liquor tax. NONE of that was disclosed to us at any point until I looked at my receipt after the waitress brought my card back. An extra 8 dollars on my bill. I would have appreciated the notification as I would have paid with cash instead.
We can’t judge the above as we didn’t get to experience any of it. The server that sat us couldn’t be nicer. Unfortunately the Owner was the exact opposite. I brought my service dog in who is small, adorable, and just sleeps and he wanted no parts of her being there. I could have brought out her papers and forced the issue but chose not to because if this dog bothers him that much, I don’t want to be there anyway. His clientele thoroughly enjoyed her and so did his staff. What bothers me the most is he didn’t have the balls to come up to us and explain HIS rules and ask us to leave. He sent the extremely nice lady that sat us. Pathetic!!! This dog has been welcomed by every bar/restaurant that we have attended. For all you dog lovers, my hats off to Shores Inn, Crews Inn, Buoy 12, Terry’s Terrace, Little Camille’s, and Butter Run. It is very sad. I always liked Firehouse but will never attend this establishment again unless under new ownership. FYI, the food at Shores Inn is much better!!!
Place is average at best. Good choice when nothing else is available. The table was dirty. Sat by the overhead door, but the server couldn't open it. Finally, had a manager show up to open it. Ordered the open face steak sandwich to just receive a 20 dollar Philly steak. It will be awhile before we go again.
First time visit for brunch. Food was good, and they had some different offerings in their menu. Wait staff was friendly, but our order seemed to take a while despite that the crowd was very light. They had an interesting-looking Bloody Mary bar, but we did not partake during this visit.
Melissa was fabulous! We didn't have to ask for a single thing; she read our minds! The pretzel appetizer was soft and crunchy and hot and delicious with the mustard (although my boyfriend preferred the cheese dip!) and the pulled pork sandwich was nice and meaty. A side of bbq sauce took it to the next level for me! We'll be back!
Food, great. Drinks, great. It was great until the bartender went outside to smoke every 10 minutes and the smoke came into the building when the sliding garage doors were open
