On the Cesar Chavez holiday, we ventured around the area capturing wildlife moments. As the afternoon wore on, we realized that all the restaurants in SierraVille had closed their doors. Fortunately, our luck turned when we stumbled upon The Farmhouse, which happened to be open. Stepping inside, we were greeted by a friendly waitress and a spotlessly clean environment. Opting for sandwiches, we were pleasantly surprised when they arrived accompanied by delicious clam chowder. As we savored our meal, the chef emerged, expressing genuine interest in our dining experience. It was a delightful touch. I'll definitely make a point to revisit when I'm in the area again. I highly recommend this charming eatery.

This is a MUST NOT MISS Cafe!! Stop here!! Drive here!! We had the Brisket Sandwich and fries. Absolutely the BEST Brisket Sandwich I have ever eaten at a restaurant!! Fries were perfection!! Also tried their pulled pork, which was also Perfection. Owner/Chef and the head waitress were beyond nice!! I took pictures of another table's food and the menu, posting these.

I ordered the daily special brisket sandwich and it was the best brisket I’ve had outside of Texas. The brisket would break apart with amazing flavor in every bite. I enjoyed it with a little bit if the Carson City BBQ sauce. Chef Adam came over and asked how everything was and I didn’t have words to explain how good this food was. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

If you want delicious don't pass this place up! Unbelievably good food and the staff and the cook are amazing! The brisket is so good. Real BBQ at its finest...

A wonderful suggestion made by a friendly neighbor in Sattley while we were staying in the Sierra Villa area. The ribs were tasty and the service was fantastic. They only do dinner on Monday nights, but I am sure their breakfast at lunch on the other days are just as good as their dinner was. While the menu is very limited, only a few options each night, the food is very tasty. We enjoyed the smoked sausages and smoked ribs along with some salads and libations. We would visit again

Awesome little American cafe. Great service and fresh food. Veggie omelette was awesome with fresh peppers, onions, and spinach.
