Booked in for a deep clean and polish as my regular practise had no availability. I was told it would take up to 30-45mins on booking however total treatment time was 8 minutes. The clean was basic with very little effort.
I fed this back to the dentist, Dr Mehran and the receptionist - who rudely told me I should book to see a hygienist ‘as they are more specialised in teeth cleaning’ - first I’ve heard of a dentist who doesn’t clean teeth yet charges for a deep clean.
I registered here a week ago and had an appointment for an NHS check-up and a deep clean.
The registration process was easy and the reception staff left a reminder the day prior to my appointment.
My appointment was slightly delayed (not unusual) but, once in, my dentist, Dr Mahsa, was excellent. She ensured I was comfortable throughout the process, giving me a break when I needed one, and explained what was going on with my teeth and what I needed to look out for. The cleanup was excellent and I felt well looked-after throughout.
I would recommend the practice and Dr Mahsa to anyone in the area.
Been coming here since I was young, now that I am older I have to say my dentist is soo nasty and rude that I don’t come to the dentist anymore even though I need to. My jaw tenses when I went there and he would get angry making me even more scared and would raise my anxiety. I get that the NHS service is not one that they want to do, however their services and the facilities are dated and just simply not good enough to pay full price for. They are uncaring and from the reviews I am not the only one. I am now looking for a good private dentist in the area as the NHS service is trash and the dentist just don’t seem to care unless you are paying full price.
This is a new place for me and ive had a root canal and few fillings done. Nice atmosphere, polite staff. I would highly reccomend Dr Mehran who did an amazing job at the end of my procudure by cleaning my teeth. Never looked so white.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had scale and polish every 6 months. My teeth looks white enough without using whitining kit.
Very good family dental practice. Have been their customer for few years and I am very satisfied with the service they provide. Reception staff are always very helpful and friendly. Doctor Hikmet is one of the best, he is very professional and knowledgeable dentist here, all my teeth problems has been diagnosed and treated well by him. Will highly recommend the practice to anyone.
