I had never had haggis before, and some local recommended this joint. When I got here, I was seated near a window so I could glance over the beautiful firth. The waiter showed me the haggis burger ???? as an option on the menu. It was delicious ????. Since I walked to this restaurant, and there was a chilling (temperature of 20⁰ F wind), I also got a nice cup of scrumptious cacao. All the staff members were friendly. Bring the kids...
Had a lovely lunch here. My burger was just a bit under done for my taste. No problem at all, it was whisked away and a fresh one returned along with a complimentary coffee. The staff were pleasant and service good. There have been comments about too many dogs but ours sits quietly under our table and does bother anyone. Great to be able to take her in with us. Overall, very good and we will return at some point.
Nice atmosphere here and the food was hot.
Service was all over the place. Ordered the vegan burger after confirming with the waiter it was a fake-meat style burger but turned out it was potato based. It tasted poor and fell apart, the waiter was not apologetic.
Nachos were the best dish, a nice big portion to share.
Super cosy place. The medium portion for fish and chips is already pretty filling, too! The prices are reasonable, and there was a quiz night during my meal there, which was fun and super engaging. Amazing restaurant that overlooks the beach, so 10/10 would recommend dropping by!
Loved our late lunch at this place. Fabulous fresh food, great drinks and amazing staff. Overall there is a great atmosphere and good humour at this place including a funny menu and some hilarious signs!
Great place to eat and drink, with friendly, attentive staff. Serves everything from margaritas to a pot of tea, and it’s dog friendly too, so it’s perfect after taking your dog for a walk on the beach. Treat your pup to a chicken liver treat - they’ll love you for it!
I had the burger with brie. It was ok but not worth £14+ It was quite tough to cut in half & it came with a few chips & very small salad on a small plate. My friend had the house bread with balsamic vinegar & olive oil, which she enjoyed. The waiter was hanging around a lot, which was quite intimating, staring art our table. Gave me the impression that he thought we wouldn't pay. Service was quick but probably won't be back. Dogs are welcome.
What a lovely find. Seats outside with view of the beach. Great service and really friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and good value too. And doggos ???? welcome. Ours loved the liver cake!
