My family had a great “the bear afternoon tea” on 12/24, it is located in the Ritz hotel Palm Spring, and the view is stunning! The food and dessert were delicate and great! The server said this event was very popular, they will plan it again next year. A big fluffy bear is with the afternoon tea, customers loved their bears, I praised this really a good Christmas event! I to-go lots of desserts, the raspberry tarts, banana tars and chocolate finger food really delicious! Thank you !
The Edge Restaurant/Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs
We experienced a superb service given by all the staff; I must mention our server Chad and Hope, both excellent at what they do; Hope was a pleasure to talk to and to listen how proud is to work there.
The food: Beyond excellent!
the ambiance and views of Palm Springs are incomparable; all these together create those moments you'll never forget.
The only thing I wish the chef could improve is on the dessert menu and add some dairy free options.
Perfect for dates and anniversaries. Friendly staff. My steak's fat wasn't rendered so that was disappointing. But other than that I can't complain.
Fancy, delicious, killer views of the city.
Any restaurant that has valet parking has my attention. We went for our ten year anniversary and it did not disappoint.
The food and drinks were excellent. We sat by the fire.
They brought us a free dessert for our anniversary which was a very sweet gesture.
My only slight complain was constant flow of jets going by (the flight path is directly in front).
But other than that, it was spectacular.
My bestfriend and I are absolutely going through it from their level 1 “seafood tower”. Worst one we’ve ever had and we are very experienced. I told them their oysters looked foul, they brought me new ones - had one and we were still sick the following morning. The waiter had the audacity to act like a) I don’t know what oysters are b) I’ve never had oysters in my life. So nasty & so rude. We are visiting Palm Springs and this restaurant will not be featured in our influential documentary of our time here.
What a treat. The atmosphere was incredible. The service was special. But, the steak was superb. The best waygu filet I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back to town to eat there again.
Excellent night at the ritz. From the moment we hit the property we knew this was gonna be a epic meal, the host attentive friendly, the manager Daniel running this place like it should be done. The server Andrea professional one of the best in the industry. The bartender slinging next level cocktails. Hope, ty for cheese cake recommendation. The entire staff of the restaurant was next level. The food amazing, the kitchen didnt skip a beat and the best steak i had in years... ty
Has more potential. We dined here for our valentines dinner. The food was over salted and over cooked. The lights over our table were too bright and I felt like I was on an operating table. Service was second to none however. Located on the edge of the Ritz property in a separate building with a stunning view. The best thing about my experience here, and that’s why I’m giving it a bit higher rating, is the cleanliness. One thing about many restaurants in the valley is their lack of detail cleaning. I felt comfortable with their level of sterilization. Probably won’t go back unless I want to give them another chance. I could be persuaded.
