Pluses - Facility is decent, offers classes, and if you ever want personal training, check out Harold. Great trainer!
Minuses - There is a disconnect between corporate advertising and what the gym actually offers. I signed up for the Strong membership (highest price). I received an email to complete my free fitness assessment that included a PT training session, a complimentary nutrition and workout plan, and a free protein shake. I received the free PT session, but when I asked about the rest, no one knew what I was talking about. I was informed by management that they don't offer complimentary workout/nutrition plan and they aren't sure why corporate advertised that.

I was one of the original members of this location as I signed up when they had not finished the gym yet and were still working from the strip mall next to t-mobile. I enjoyed the gym but then I was transferred out of state for work and emailed them a letter after I moved from my employer explaining. Since I did not yet have a permanent address (it was an open ended contract job) they would not release me from my 2 year contract. After MUCH debate and frustration, I sent them a letter stating that regardless of my housing status I would not be coming back to their gym and to please cancel my membership once my contract expired.
That was in 2022. Fast forward to March of 2024. I find that my checking account that was attached to this has been overdrawn due to an auto draft from Edge fitness. I don't use that account anymore and there had been enough money in it 13 months ago when I checked last. They took over 500 dollars in just monthly fees even though my account should have been canceled.
Now I cant get the manager to call me. I'll be calling their corporate office tomorrow. I'm going to get my money back one way or another.
Gym was nice. Bad experience that I had was that I got a message from them 4 months after my membership ended saying my account was in collections but that they would graciously wave my money owed if I signed up for a new membership. Funny thing is, I paid every month on auto pay and got a confirmation email confirming I paid my balance before my membership was over. Just a scam to trick people to sign back up. Because of that reason, I wouldn’t ever come to this gym again.
Lemond and Stephanie are extremely helpful and courteous. The Edge is very lucky to have them represent this establishment. We will be members for a long time to come. thank you!!
I like it staff friendly. Convenient for me. Not sure if the poor rating as it is clean and the staff is friendly. I mean we not getting married to the gym so you take it for what it is a Gym! I have access to all everything so what more could you ask for
Tried this gym out today and absolutely loved it! The machines are up to date, there’s literally every machine you can think of, very clean and the amenities are great!
I will definitely will be joining and highly recommend others to try it out!
When I posted this the staff had bad attitudes towards the members. Never experienced that at a gun before. Since I posted this that staff member is not there anymore. The person that replaced him is a ton better. Some of the other staff needs work but that new hire is ???? awesome.
I am heavily considering switching gyms. The shake bar keep " shutting down " earlier and earlier.The gym closes at 11. It's 9:06pm and the shake bar is " Shut down " 2 hours before close?!
Before it was 20 mins before close, then 10:20pm. Here it is 9:06pm and the shake bar is closed. They no longer sell Isopure drinks.
