Best KPortal Reviews
The food was decent but it lacked flavor needs more sauce because the mass amount of cheese overwhelms the sandwich. The cheese curds also need to be more soft and flaky they have too much deep fried outer layer. This is coming from someone who is from Wisconsin. The customer service was great but as far as taste goes right now 3.5/5 but with improvement could be 5/5. Also it was very expensive $28 one person with tip…
As a fried chicken enthusiast, I was very excited to try this place. The restaurant is right in the middle of 4th Avenue, it's small with limited seating, but the food did not disappoint. The chicken patties are thick, juicy, and delicious. The waffle fries are crispy and comes in a generous portion. It's a little pricey, but I would highly recommend this restaurant!
I stopped for lunch while passing through and tried it on a whim. What a pleasant surprise. This is a quaint little joint with the feel of a local hangout and eclectic mix of clientele. There was great service, great food, and a friendly vibe. I tried the Heart Attack with the spicy chicken and it was fantastic. Give it a go.
Average fast food joint but priced like a fancy sit down! We went here for the first time on 09/09/22 with pretty high expectations and left disappointed. It's a tiny joint on 4th Ave and looks cool inside but the best thing we ate was the Curly Fries. I had the Heart Attack and everything about it tasted average and not over the top. The bourbon flavored syrup was cool but didn't make up for the lack of taste. You order at the counter / Bar and they bring the food to you. We spent over $70 for 4 of us without Alcohol. I can get better tasting food at Waffle House for half price. We will not he back!
When in doubt, grab the chicken & waffles meal! The Blue Moon beer battered waffle was delicious! The chicken (breading) was a little overcooked for my taste, I usually like a good juicy lightly deep fried chicken strip, but the syrup helped give it flavor and some assistance for dryness.
Staff member, Sonora, helped us choose the perfect sauces & dips for the meal plus the fried zucchini that we also quite enjoyed.
Definitely would come back. Loved the dining experience, beer choices, appetizers, and meals. I'd come back for the waffles alone, but their expansive menu leaves a lot to explore.
Great little hole in the wall. Had the chicken wings and they were excellent. My friend had the chicken and waffles with a side of Mac and cheese.
Awesome staff and great food and drinks!! Must try the chicken and waffles. It's my favorite place for chicken sandwiches! Love the chicken decor!
Love this place! The food is delicious and so unique. A bit of a small hole-in-the-wall type place, but absolutely worth a visit if you enjoy chicken and/or waffles!
