The facility itself is clean & modern. The staff is excellent. I received fast care that was thorough and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They nurse and provider took their time to address my concerns and make me feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend. I reserved my spot online, was seen, and on my way within the hour!
I highly recommend this urgent care. I have been coming here for 5 years and every time they have me in and out very quickly and the staff is always very nice and very willing to answer any and all questions or concerns that I have. They also have wonderful hours and they take NJ Family Care.
Everyone was so nice and professional. There wasn’t a long wait and I got what I needed. I’m feeling better already. Awesome Urgent care!
I’ll never ever go to this practice again. Front desk lady has no respect to people who take appointments and come on time. I took an appointment for 8:35am and reached the office at 8.25am. When I got off the car the same front desk lady was standing in the parking lot and told me that the office is not opened yet due to some inconvenience. After 25 minutes the office was opened and bunch of people stormed in and stood in line at the registration desk. She took everyone as they came in and didn’t honor the appointment time. I was 5th in line and when my turn was up I asked her what’s the point in taking appointments if you don’t want to honor it. She had no compassion and answered something rudely. I waited at the front room patiently for my turn and watched those who registered after me being called before me. When I raised my concern they blamed it on the system. Front desk lady and the entire staff need to learn how to treat people fairly and equally. No ethics and no compassion to the people they treat.
I recently moved to the area and took a chance on The Doctor's Office. Wonderful experience -- from the ease of making an appointment online, to the check-in process, to the professional staff. I actually was called into to exam room before my appt time - so definitely arrive 15 min prior for check in. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely thrilled with this place. I am so impressed with the ease of the appointment making, the demeanor of the staff. Quick wait time. Very clean. Can’t write enough how please I was…knowledgeable staff. Will be returning if anyone in the family is sick.
Two stars only because I was seen fairly quickly. My issue is the organization and communication of this place. Awful!! I was seen Monday evening for an infection and was told to pick up my medication right away and it was sent over to my pharmacy. The pharmacy had no orders from them. I called my pharmacy Tuesday morning, they received no order. I called Urgent Care back and they messed up and said they were going to look into this issue and call me back. No call back at all today. I had to reach out and call again and ask them if my prescription was sent yet. I’m literally dealing with something that is causing me discomfort and I feel like they can truly care less and aren’t communicating well with each other or me. I’m so annoyed.
Amazing experience today. Yesterday I Made an appt. For 9am. Front desk very pleasant. The young tech was amazing. Gave me a shot of prednisone and she was so gentle. The dr. was sweet and on time. Called meds in and I was out the door w/in 18 mins.
