Doesn't get any better than this place! Fun, casual and laid back - Terrific service and great food. This just made my new hot top US hot list for sports bars! WoW!!!
I was so impressed and it was an unexpected shocker.
From the fire cracker shrimp to the Caesar Salad to the cauliflower bites - even the pizza was perfectly done. Drinks were fairly priced and tasted great. Everything was spot on perfect and hit the big belly spot. A shout out to the little lady providing great service also Alyssa was a rock star (A+ girl!) She is the kind of girl you want working for your business because she makes sure everything is how she would expect it.
Let me just say this and I won't say this too often: Can't wait to get back to District Tap downtown very very soon! Definitely a place I will recommend to all my friends family and followers. A+

I ordered fish and chips and it was not good at all. I hate to make bad comments but the fries taste old and the salmon was super greasy. I also tried the burger that was ok. The place is very nice full of drinking options. I would recommend as a bar/sport bar and not for the food experience I had.
Nice atmosphere ???????? Was able to bring my teenagers in and be seated in the restaurant section. Service was ok, seemed like the waitress was young and unable to accommodate our small party of 8. Some of our guests had to sit in a different section. Food was good, I had fish tacos ???? & the teens got burgers. Parking was good, able to find a spot at a street meter right outside the bar. There is also a large paid parking lot next to the venue.
Service was very slow. It wasn't very busy on a Wednesday but maybe was towards the end of someone's shift around 1:30? Considering the location you'd expect relatively prompt service at lunch time. Food was fine but wouldn't recommend as a lunch spot when you have a schedule. Wasn't worth the wair
We were in town for a Pacers game and chose TDT for pre-gaming. It was perfect. Atmosphere was great - "upscale bar". It seemed like everyone there was going to the game, which is fun. Service was friendly. Burgers were delicious. Nice draft beer selection. We'll be in town for a concert in a few months, and may just eat here again!
We went here after graduation. The food was hot and fresh. They messed up my order but was able to fix it in a timely manner. The sprite was AMAZING. I'm not sure what they did to it.
It was decent. Huge menu selection. The Cajun steak lacked flavor but was a good size. Some days they have really good mashed potatoes but they were very gummy this time. They have a really kids cheese pizza. The banana foster french toast was good enough to order again. The best was the Buffalo fried cauliflower with their house made ranch. The best I've tried.
I enjoyed my experience at The District Tap, but the service was a bit slow, and they could improve on clearing dishes promptly. The food, however, was satisfactory, making it a decent overall dining experience.
