Very nice place to spend time with family, if you really want to enjoy try brunches which is bottomless drinks very worth going with friends more enjoy.

Everyone that's working had that same lol on their face like they don't even want to be there. Good was well below average. Nachos were very basic. Chicken wings you can tell they were frozen. Fries came out and you can tell they have been re fried my partner's burger was will under seasoned. I just wouldn't bother the waste of time. You would get a better meal going to wetherspoons then having to spend out the small fortune that I do.. xxxxxxxxxxxx

We were really looking forward to our meal here but we're left very disappointed with whole experience. When we sat down there was no explanation on whether it was table service or via the app. After 20mins and no one coming to our table we ended up ordering on the app. Starters were nice but plates weren't cleared after we had finished. After 30 mins and no sign of mains a waitress came and collected one of our plates and didn't collect the rest. Eventually mains arrived and various parts of our mains were missing so we had to flag someone down to rectify. All in all the food was ok but the service was just non existent and the restaurant was really quiet. Also the children's chicken goujons were really spicy so weren't suitable for my 3 year old.

Absolutely disappointing.. food is bland and fries are cold ???? no atmosphere at all and any query feels like a problem and world war 3 is about to happen side salad is as dead as my nan whos been gone for 10 years. Seating needs to be updated and fixed. Absolutely disgusting butlins please sort this out

Awesome grub, burger was ace, apple pie lush , will be back, seats are a bit tired now tho, needs a refurb.

Sat here waiting for my meal now for 40mins, leaving this review before iv even started eating. Iv never seen such a downbeat bunch of depressed workers. On coming here you expect lively upbeat staff. Drastically needs improvement. (il update my review once food and drink ???? is finally served). Food arrived finally 20 mins after sitting down guess what the food was a desert before our main course ???? food eventually arrived my gfs was completely wrong so i ate my food on my own. Absolute shambles would definitely avoid. My score would be - 10 if i could.

Food is ok however be warned thatvthe burgers will come out hot however the meat inside can be pink. Prices are very high for what you get. 40 pound to feed a family of 3. But I guess this is ok as you are staying on Butlins.
