I LOVE MY DERMATOLOGIST LAUREN!!♥️ I’m so dedicated to her and her wonderful services I highly recommend booking an appointment. She has my face glowing and makes me feel more confident then ever before. They take most insurance and has open availability any time of the day. Open 7 days a week and answer all questions, concerns and much more. I love the relationship we created to get me this far of clear skin and grateful she has taken on the role of helping me achieve clear beautiful cover girl skin ????????????♥️???? #facecardneverdeclines????????
I really appreciate my experience with the clinical team here. Dr. Landon and the medical assistants are always very attentive and go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and engaged throughout my treatment. I feel like they really care about my skin goals and want to help me reach them.
However, the administrative team needs major training in explaining insurance benefits, being customer service oriented, and scheduling efficiently.
I am probably one of the rare people that is actually anxious of dermatologists. Firstly, I walked in while they were closed and the front desk still helped me book an appointment for just two days later. She didn’t need to do that but she still helped me. Yesterday, Lauren showed genuine interest for my concerns; she was a great listener and gave me solutions. Her tech assistant Ahmed was kind and helpful. Also, Jordan was very detailed and kept asking if I had other questions. The decor is gorgeous and they had sparkling water while you wait. I am extremely impressed and happy that I accidentally walking in. I am looking forward to a life with no acne haha ????
I've been a patient of Dr. Beau Dicicco for almost 3 years now and I have never met a physician as amazing as him. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, caring, and overall amazing at what he does. He shows me nothing but kindness and patience when I visit to address skin concerns, and he answers all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend his services. The staff and front desk are also very kind and pleasant. 10/10 recommend!
Horrible experience! Had an appointment for 8:30 and arrived at 8:15. Was seen at 9:35 (everyone was waiting and complaining). The PA came into my exam room who wasn't the doctor my appointment was with. She asked why I was in a gown and I told her I asked for a full body mole exam. The PA said she had to go to see another patient since this would take long. I went up to the front desk and asked them why I wasn't booked with the doctor I signed up to see (was the only reason why I was going here). They said it was the doctors first day and she wasn't accepting new patients. I asked why I was able to get an appointment with her and they said they had to fix that in the system and that I still couldn't see her. I was so upset I decided to leave and asked for my money back. They treated me rudely like I was the one who was in the wrong. The PA came up to me apologizing for what happened and gave me a "goody bag" with some lotion. I appreciated her doing that but it didn't make up for the awful experience. A healthcare office should make you feel comfortable, heard, and seen - and this place made me feel the exact opposite! Do not go here! I found a great dermatologist somewhere else.
We were treated nice as soon as we walked in the door. The receptionist was patient and showed empathy. The Dermatologist assistant was very sweet, and the Dermatologist thoroughly explained, and answered all our questions with care. I recommend the upper east office.
Had a great experience at this location. I was able to get a next day appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. Saw PA Hailey Brickman and she was friendly, kind and knowledgable. She was able to diagnose my problem and prescribe me a low cost medication right away, also gave me some great free samples.
I won’t be returning here. The front desk staff and assistant were very nice and helpful. The doctor named Landon just seemed very off almost as if he was drunk or high. I could be wrong but he didn’t leave a good first impression. I was sat in a room for 30 minutes to wait for him with no update.
