Went for an emergency access appointment in December for temporary filling , told to ring in January to join as non nhs patient , rang today to try and join and told no as they now are not taking on in January and cant be seen as an emergency again as its a one off , ridiculous system!
Love every dentist in this practice, they are professional, cheerful, friendly, kind & if you’re frightened they look after you. I’ve recommended this place to loads of my friends
Have had nothing but positive experiences here, nothing that I could fault at all. The standard of clinical care is great, staff are pleasant and helpful. I was able to get a same day emergency appointment when I needed it when other private clinics were advising me of a months wait. I’ve tried a number of dentists around the local area and this for me has been the best locally by far. Highly recommend them.
Fantastic Service from Alex and the team at The Dental centre, managed to get in as a special appointment to get a broken tooth taken out.

I have 1 broken tooth and 2 in the process of breaking which was shown on an X-ray. These teeth should have been removed as they have been causing infections but they instead offered to clean and then come back to have them taken out Absolutely ridiculous and disgusted at their lack of caring. I was then told I wasn’t in pain not asked when in actual fact I feel like crying most of the time but get on with it. No real care for the patients at all would never use this place again nor would i recommend it
Could not praise my dentist Matt more, he makes you feel at ease and is super friendly and chatty. He tells you what he's doing as he's doing it and tells you all the options when work needs done.
Receptionists are always friendly and got me booked in straight away when I needed an emergency appointment recently.

After loosing some teeth after a severe sinus infection ( they snapped at the gum line) the dentist I had been with all my life simply wasn’t capable of resolving the problem. Not only did my old dentist leave the stumps in it took making 4 dentures to get them to fit. The first 3 simply wouldn’t go into my mouth. The final denture they made didn’t fit from day one. I couldn’t speak with them in, I couldn’t eat with them in because I would choke on food and my confidence was shattered. I went back several times to tell them about the dentures and no interest was taken regarding fit instead I was told I needed my teeth cleaned. I was at a really low ebb and chatting with a lady who told me her dentist was Matt at the dental centre so I made an appointment.
I would give this man 100 out of 10. He agreed my denture didn’t fit and we started a plan to make a new one. The journey took some work as I needed work on my top remaining teeth. First job was the stump removal ( it took less than 5 mins)
Next appointment was a big job and I did have a panic attack which was handled very sensitively and very professionally. Roll onto denture day and the denture clicked straight into place. I had no lisp , my own teeth connected top and bottom and I couldn’t even feel it in my mouth.
I am day 3 with new denture now and I’m eating normally, speaking normally, holding my head high and back to smiling at everyone I walk past. It’s nice to have my life back. And the only person responsible for that is Matt.
The only reason for this essay is because I need people to know how desperate my situation had become for me. Matt will forever be my dentist now and if you or anyone you know is looking for a new dentist, go ask for Matt.
And no he hasn’t paid me , I am just extremely grateful to have found him and his skill level as a dentist.
