We went for Mothers Day and had a lovely experience, we would definitely go back.
Leek and Thyme soup, Ham hock terrine, sausage roll, lemon meringue pie, rocky road, scone with fruit and jam, hot chocolate with all the trimmings.
The food was beautifully presented, good portion sizes and tasted amazing. Friendly and helpful staff and quick service. Lovely setting.
What more could you ask for.
My husband and I came and had an afternoon tea on Sunday.
Really tasty sandwiches, the scones were warm and all the little cakes were delicious.
A big plus is that well behaved dogs are welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic value and I’ve already booked to go back.
Best tearoom around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you to Luca and Michelle for making our visit so lovely.
Today was the second time I visited the tearoom with my brother who was visiting from Belfast. We weren't disappointed this or our first visit in October last year. We both opted for the sausage roll and salad, washed down by latte and cappuccino mmmm. The homemade sausage rolls were delicious ????. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere very relaxing. We're looking forward to our next visit...we aim to try everything on the menu so we'll be visiting for quite a few times to come. Thank you Dedham tearoom ????
Had an afternoon tea for 2. It was lovely and the staff were really friendly. Would highly recommend. Make sure you turn up hungry, the biggest portion of afternoon tea I've ever been served. Left happy with my doggy bag.

The tea rooms are located in the Dedham arts and crafts centre and offer very scrumptious teas and scones with fresh cream and jam amidst a sea of quirky and quaint Knick knacks and paintings. Dedham is a beautiful village and you can walk about 1.5 miles along the river to flat ford mill and willy lotts cottage, the subjects of many of constables’s paintings

Beautiful. Came in whilst on holiday in Suffolk. My husband had the sausage roll and I have the Tuna jacket potato. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was excellent, staff were very friendly and the food 1st class. Highly recommend.
