definitely recommend this place ???? customer service was definitely a 10/10 and everyone there was so nice ! i got 2 piercings done . my belly and nose , and the piercer cynthia was so sweet and patient . she made sure to reassure me through the process and took her time and had gentle hands . they also provide you with an aftercare description that they send you through instagram . i definitely recommend them , 10/10 experience def plan on going back i love my piercings ????????
Cynthia was so sweet and comforting! She made me feel welcomed since I walked through the door!! She made a scary experience for me turn into a positive one!!! She was very gentle and precise!! I definitely have been recommending family and friends!!!
I went to dark anchor and got 3 surface piercings one on my face, my chest and the nape of the neck the nape piercing looked like it was about to fall out when I look at it didn’t look like the pictures so I go back they agreed to fix it just to get it repiereced with another curve bar so I got somewhere else and was told that the piercing was rejecting so I had them look at the chest piercing which is covered in red bumps she said it was rejecting as well so I had her removed both $180 gone down the drain cause I’m not going back over there I think it’s wrong to take people money and perform the service that was paid for I’m really pissed off I didn’t have the piercing 2 weeks I will upload pictures I was told they put the wrong jewelry in ????????
My bestfreind Willa and I went in on Monday for my 18th birthday wanting to get our bellies pierced. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the shop artists and Cynthia asked what we wanted and helped us pick jewelry before setting up while we filled paperwork out. When she was ready she called us back and started on my freind and was so patient and warming . After Willa’s she started on mine and I was sooo nervous but she made sure I liked the placement and did everything she could to make me comfortable. Even when she was putting the clamp on and I was struggling to stay still she helped reassure me and calm me down. She was so sweet and helped me breathe through it. When it was done I felt a little light headed and she made sure to keep me laying down and gave me a coke making sure I drank at least half before trying to sit up fully. I wouldn’t stop bleeding for a good 30 minutes and I felt so bad but she continued to make sure I was all cleaned up and taken care of and that the bleeding had stopped before I left and that I was gonna be ok. She gave me her contact info so I could update her and get the after care instructions. I will definitely be going back to Cynthia she was so amazing ! (Also might I add it was such good pricing considering it came with jewelry included and she was sooo sterile and the way things were done professionally but also comfortable , all around a great place and experience) I can’t wait to come back weather for a tattoo or piercing in the future!
I’ve been here twice now, once to get my nostril pierced and another time to get my septum done. I can’t emphasize how good these guys are. Each time i got a piercing done, it was quick and everything was communicated well enough for me to understand both the process and aftercare. 12/10 experience and I will be back :)
Amazing work and care for customers! First time getting my ears pierced and Mikey knew everything there is to know about , I also had problems with my earring at 2 am and texted him expecting him to reply in the morning but he replied ASAP!
I love everything about this place! Cynthia is the best piercer ever!!! She is so fast and so sanitary! She made the process super easy and never made any of my questions feel stupid, she answered all of them! She is so sweet!!! I love her :)
