What a nice local place for your daily needs. We were in a near by forest reserve and went for couple of daily needs and we were in need of mint leaves to make a mojito drink for ourselves, unfortunately they didn't have. But the lady at the cashier picked some mint leaves from her own garden gave us. She went above and beyond in hospitality for her customers
Fantastic little store, with such a huge selection. We wish would found it sooner on our holiday but will be back again next time. Wonderful friendly staff too.
A great little shop, got all the essentials and a good selection of sweets, chocolate, crisps, drinks and bakery items.
Shop itself is good for what it is. Quality of the service depends on who's working. Most members of staff are very friendly and welcoming, particularly Becky. The owner of the store is abrupt, dismissive and frankly rude. I generally avoid going in when she's working behind the till and visit the nearby Post Office instead.
Insane pricing, I understand it is a convenience store but the price for one tin of beans is excessive.
I stand corrected re: beans. I was still shocked at the very high prices.
Staying at a nearby forest holiday site, we easily walked to the shop to buy the Sunday papers. Small, but well stocked with staples. Lovely lady served us. I believe she said they are open 7:00 till 21:00.
If you are staying at the nearby Forest Lodges (which we were) use this shop instead of the onsite, very expensive, restrictive range one. This little shop has a full supermarket range crammed into it and you can get all your essentials, including newspapers and a good selection of wines.
Great local mini-mart and off-licence that has recently been extended. Couple of large freezers, chill display and milk fridge. Can get a selection off essentials along with a few luxury items like a local butter
