A real gem of a place in Holyport. Barista quality coffee, lovely pastries and a great selection of sandwiches and toasties. The staff are super-friendly, and their speakers are powered by Alexa so you can request fart noises to your heart’s content ????
Been coming for quite a few years and the coffee is always good. Plenty of cake choices and the sourdough toasted sandwiches are freshly made and delicious. There's seating inside, along with some gift shop items and then around the back is a covered outdoor seating area which is nice and peaceful.
Hidden gem - came here for a cuppa after reading the reviews and it did not disappoint. This place is lovely, lovely staff; super helpful and friendly. Proper coffee, amazing food!
Lovely cafe the staff are always quick to help and make a great latte! Only thing was a bit odd the owner started having a meeting and talking down to the staff while we were seated in the garden. I feel these discussions should happen in private and not in front of customers. It made it very awkward and we felt we had to leave, I hope this is a one off and that I they treat there staff more kindly in the future as it is a great place to go.
Staff here make a lovely cup of coffee and there’s always great breakfast/lunch time food to choose from.
Sadly today me and my partner decided to come here for a nice relaxing hot drink in the garden area and during our time here, the owner and management decided to have disciplinary discussions with their members of staff. It felt very awkward as it sounded like they were being spoken to like children, not something you want to be witnessing or hearing as a paying customer. We were sat in this area before discussions began and by the time the 2nd member of staff was called in to the “naughty chair” we had to make the decision to get up and move to the main front area.
All the staff that work in the cafe appear very friendly and hard working. I hope they are respected as adults in this very stressful world we live in.
Nice little place. Food was tasty and they do delicious coffee. Extra thanks to Kamil and Karolina, they do great work and always provide friendly service
Love this place, staff always friendly and helpful despite the tornado of children (don't think they have too many like us as it's always so well presented, with nice cards and knick-knacks on sale at reachable heights for little fingers). Baby change available, nice secret garden with more seating at rear. Great spot for meeting up for a nice quiet chat as well (usually ????).
It is a small cafe but nonetheless a beautiful one. Just sat here for a cup of coffee and hot chocolate while went for a morning stroll. Hot chocolate was so well presented, I loved it. Would frequent this place more often.
