Best KPortal Reviews

Can’t comment on service or atmosphere as I didn’t pick them up but ordered two bowls of scouse from here. Definitely not scouse, tasted like some weird tomato soup which was out of date. Absolutely disgusting and and cost £14 for them which was a rip off
Ordered two Roast Dinners, one hot and one cold, last Sunday 15/10 for 14:30 delivery. They arrived right on 14:30 as requested. The hot Dinner was piping hot. Both dinners had loads of meat, Beef, Chicken & Gammon, sliced just right. Crispy Roast Potatoes, Mash Potatoes, Cabbage, Carrot & Turnip, Peas, Yorkshire Pudding & Gravy. Served in deep microwavable dishes and the Yorkshire Puddings wrapped separately. Get Stuffing & Pigs in Blankets on them too and who needs to make a Christmas Dinner!!! Very tasty and would highly recommend and buy again. Winner, winner, Chicken Dinner!!!
Ordered a beef sandwich, it was awful at best, the beef was extremely rubbery and I could not chew it at all, wouldn't feed it to a dog. The sandwich also came with onions which were undercooked. Cost £6.50, in reality they should pay you to try and eat it. Wouldn't come back here if you paid me, terrible food.
Ordered bacon on toast and then sat down waiting for food to arrive. When it arrived, it came in a bag with a piece of kitchen roll due to no napkins. Gentleman next to me was given his food on a plate. So why not mine???
Only myself and one customer in the place. The door was jammed open. Why??? The place was cold due to the door being left open. Might get more customers if place was warm.
Bought a sausage roll from this place only to find a dead bug in it. When I brought it back to get a refund the staff told me it's normal and that it adds flavour. Overall pretty okay service.
Food was lovely bit expensive though (small pork pie £2.60)
Just ordered a chicken roast dinner to take home. It was lovely with a good range of veg, roast and mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pud and plenty of gravy. Simply lovely!
Been going on and off for years. Breakfast nice and coffees ok however most miserable staff. One of them I have never seen her face crack a smile or any expression other than a dead pan look in 10 years. Awful manner.
