Had a great Sunday roast and the pub is very dog friendly. They have a great doggy menu and that went down very well with our Labrador!
Staff so friendly and welcoming. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area.
Still my favourite pub in the area. Great value for drinks, can’t be beaten on price. Beers are kept to perfection. Good home cooked food and you won’t go hungry.

My partner and I went for lunch with our toddler. Service was brilliant, very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent, real home cooked very tasty meals! We both had steak & ale suet pudding and we can't wait to go back for more!
Good old fashioned pub, a bit dated decor but that's just how it is. Unpretentious and honest

home style good food, served by friendly people who made us feel very welcome. particularly recommend the steak and ale suet and the sticky toffee pudding. we also very much appreciated all the measures they had put in place to make everyone covid safe.
Absolute gem of a place! We went away for a long weekend and nipped in for tea and we were all so glad that we did. Such a quaint pub in a superb little town. The food is home cooked and to perfection. Plates were left clean. Staff were so friendly and lovely. 1000% recommend visiting, you will not be disappointed.
We were boating on the Broads at Sutton Staithe. The hotel was fully booked and so walked the treacherous A149 to the Crown Inn which was about a mile away. After nearly being run over many times we found the pub. The staff were really friendly and the food lovely. In fact I would say it was the best meal we had on our holiday. All in all I would recommend this place. My advice though is to book a taxi which is what we did to get back to the boat.
A genuinely lovely pub, very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. There was a good relaxed atmosphere, it was a real pleasure to visit this traditional pub for lunch and I hope it's not too long before I can drop in again.
