Just had my bloods taken by Nadia, as always extremely professional and ocean of knowledge. Polite and respectful. She's wasted at Dr Babar and partners surgery, she's worth her weight in gold. The 5 stars are for her!
Unfortunately can't say that about this truly abissmal surgery.
Can never get an appointment, they don't call back when they say they will, zero patient care. Phones constantly engaged or on call back later!
I'll be writing a formal complaint, as being a diabetic in full time work, I need the advice and care. Not asking for much. Phone consultation for ear, mouth, private parts that need examining....come on GPs.
Nadia gives more advice which no GP at this surgery has been able to do.

Dr Sharma Surgery.
She's a heartless doctor also alongside her. She trained Dr Roy like him. I use to feel Dr Roy is a great doctor does the best for the patients acknowledge patients feelings and their health. He would do his best to support patients with whatever support they need. Recently when I feel ill contacted him for my health. He didn't acknowledge my feelings with my health also was evidence attending A&E because couldn't get through the GP due to this was neglected by them. I get trauma of thinking to speak to them. If I try to communicate with them. I had to make my husband communicate on behalf of me filled a form. He can communicate on behalf of me. Now he tried to request change my medicine on behalf of me. I'm requesting it as the medicine currently having isn't working for me. They said no have to talk to those doctors who neglected me fully with my health asked to speak to another doctor who works in the clinic part time.
He was the one who listened to me also bothered to check my report and make referrals especially the ones. I wanted to Dr Roy to make those referrals. He cut me off the phone also ranted at me.
Arrived at this very impressive centre, checked in by welcoming receptionists.
Here to have laser cleaning of my intraocular lens to give me clearer sight.
Seen by Nurse for eye test, eye pressure test and had drops in my eyes ready for laser.
Procedure was explained. Transferred to Doctor. Laser to both eyes completed within approx 15mins. check up appointment in 6 weeks.
Overall experience. Superb.
Nadia, from Dr Babars surgery is lovely. She has looked after my mum with great care and respect which seems to be lacking from every other person working there, especially the receptionists
Rude reception staff, on my way there to an appointment after work I realised I’d lost my mobile phone, when I arrived the staff could see my desperation to use a phone. One girl kept her head buried into a computer and completely ignored me, the young lad told me to wait, I explained I also work in the NHS but they totally ignored me, I was at my wits end, they didn’t know there was NO public phone in the building, all I wanted to do was ring work to ask someone there to look for my phone, eventually the lad let me use the phone. I was fuming
The worst, I rang them up to make an appointment, but the woman on the phone spoke so rudely it was unbelievable, she kept contradicting herself with everything she said, and then when she realised she was wrong she ended the call. I rang up again and someone else picked up, they spoke nicely and respectfully, the woman before said they didn’t have any appointments immediately after asking for my date of birth, but the second woman gave me an appointment, how does that make sense. Ultimately 0/10, worst service ever.
Absolutely disgusting service, they never pick up the call , and if they pick up they say they doesn’t have any appointments, this is so awful, what shoul we do if we need doctor ? They never give appointments, this is so awful , I always go to emergency for any help and it’s cost me 35-40 pound for taxi , I don’t know why the doctors sitting in this surgery !if no one getting any help
The worst surgery ever you better go emergency than ask for appointment they never have appointments they don't listen to what you need after an hour answering phone rude on the phone and there is no appointments as usual absolutely and totally rubbish but when is for a paid taxi medical certificate then straight you got an appointment....
