It was our very first time at Crawfish Hut celebrating our 12th wedding Anniversary. The live music was great and kid-friendly. We had great, friendly service from an amazing guy, Lance Castille: he was such a blessing with a huge heart! It is a small world because I went to RHS with his parents and actually graduated with his Mom, Crystal. The Lord has given us so many blessings to be thankful for! We definitely enjoyed our pleasant and fun visit and will be back! Thank you! :)
It looked like most of the people were here for the music. I find the tables were to close together. It was hard to move around. You had to wait for someone else to move so you could pass. The food was good, but not enough to get me back.
We ordered crawfish at the window. The person working the window, did not know her prices. We seen an advertisement on facebook for crawfish being $5 a pound. we end up getting charged $8.99 a pound. So after the fact; we showed her the post and someone fixed it with no problem.
We asked for extra spicy crawfish. it tasted MILD. if you like your crawfish seasoned VERY well, i don’t recommend this place. i’ve heard good things about regular food. I would come back to try the regular food. Just not the crawfish.
We finally decided to try the Crawfish Hut. We arrived and it wasn't packed. It took awhile to get our drinks and getting further drinks was just as hard. It took at least 30 minutes to get refills on our drinks and had to go to the bar for additional drinks. We finally ordered our food and it also took forever. When the food arrived, one person in our party got something they didn't even order. The one man band was loud, you coudn't talk to the person next to you. I can say one good thing, the crawfish were tasty.
They have the best and biggest and best price around Pasadena Laporte deer park area for sure. Hands down they are really good and big.

The crawfish were hard and did not have any juice in the heads. The server was amazing.
Finally a place that gives you a good serving size for what you’re paying!!
Food was great and atmosphere was good.
Rayne needed a good restaurant.
