Very welcoming and cozy feeling. Friendly staff and amazing food. Almost too much choice that I might need to come again
I visited the Courtyard Cafe recently with the family and also last year sometime and have come to the conclusion the staff have forgotten they have an upstairs space.
So whilst downstairs seems pretty nice and I’ve seen good reviews abt that space. Upstairs is a bit ‘special’.
Out of date wall paper, boxes on the floor. A light out on the main lights. And what looked like a shower curtain hanging in the door way.
The food is amazing and I’m sure we will come again when we visit Alresford but come on guys - show the love to the upstairs area.
A cosy secluded cafe with a slightly more traditional British menu compared to others nearby. Despite its semi-hidden location it is often busy, but I've always been able to get a table. I visit quite regularly.
Lovely chilled atmosphere in the tea room on a rain day next to the fire. Two great flavoured latte’s and a choc chip cookie to share!
A hidden gem, delicious food and good value, can't resist the bacon sandwich ????

Lovely little tea room hidden away down an alleyway. Freindly staff with good menu including gluten free options. Limited seating inside or in the courtyard. Excellent cream tea. Good value for money.
Quaint little tea room. Located down a little side ally just of Broad street, so you can easily pass by without noticing it. Great stop after a walk or for a snack or light lunch or just a pot of tea ☕️. Couldn’t resist the home made cakes, which did not only look tasty but where yummy and beautifully made. ????
