The microwave ruined the pies
Humble but nice little bakery. And the welcome was kind.
We had three pies: broccoli + cheddar, red onions + cheese, beef. Okay, even though nothing to write home about.
Coffee to forget.
Real minus point: please, don’t reheat the pies in the microwave… the pastry gets flaccid!!! :-/
Price per quality: not expensive, but too much for flaccid pies…
Absolutely delicious home made pasties, served with crunchy fresh salad. Cakes are amazing. Staff really friendly and helpful. Fantastic to eat in or take away.
Sssh ! don't tell everyone about this little hidden gem of a café.. If you like traditional Scottish bakery products then nip in here for a snack. Very tasty but remember, a moment on the lips and a lifetime on the hips !.
Lovely little bakery. Picked up paninis, pie & sausage roll to take up to the Hermitage. Great quality & friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommend.
Ok little shop unfortunately chicken roll and ham roll rank.
Rolls stale and chicken watery and like rubber.
Yum yum no where near as good as Fisher and Donaldson.
Had to goto the deli on the corner for fresh and tasty food
I just bought an ice cream. Mint choc and rum raisin. I found a strand of blond hair. Definitely not mine. Disgusting yuck. Horrible place.
Had a lovely time having coffee and cakes. Staff were very friendly and attentive
Breakfast and coffee was delicious and got a scone to go...the best scone I have ever had.
