To reply to Charity Smith’s review. In the menu all burgers are cooked medium and explains will have a pink center. Unless you request another cooked method of your choice.

I came to visit Eureka Springs for the day and the day before going I did a little research on restaurants in the area that I could enjoy dinner at. I decided on driving a couple of minutes outside Eureka Springs because a good burger and fries sounded good and the reviews were good for this restaurant. They were spot on. I was very pleased with my burger and I absolutely loved the hand cut fries. They were as good as the Minnesota state fair fries which is one of my favorite food items at this fair. If I lived there I would go often to this restaurant. The owners were super friendly and very caring of their customers.
Our whole family enjoyed our experience at the Corazon Grill! It was exceptionally good quality food and friendly attentive service. They bent over backwards for my persnickety father-in-law who is 84, which we appreciated. The food was delicious! I had the Caesar salad with steak strips. The steak was high quality and the Caesar dressing was maybe the best I’ve ever tasted in my life. Unlike most restaurants, they don’t cut corners on fresh meats and cheeses. The grilled cheese and onion strings were to die for. The fries were hand cut and fried to perfection. I tasted some off my kids plates! A definite diamond in the rough in the Ozark mountains! There aren’t many restaurants to choose from on Holiday Island, but when I say it’s the best quality food on the island, I mean it without a doubt. It may even the best in the Ozarks in my opinion for good grub! Definitely a must!
Fantastic service and food! Best burger in town. Great prices too. Been there a couple of times now and we are only more impressed each time.
Update, had the Hawaiian burger with an impossible burger and it was amazing! It’s my go to place to enjoy the closest thing to burger for a vegetarian! So so good!
You won't find a better burger.... The flavor was delicious. Customer service is fast and friendly. Our kids wanted salad which were very fresh with house made ranch that was soooooo yummy! If in the Eureka Springs / Holiday Island area, you must eat here!!
Had lunch there today for the first time. Pleasantly surprised! Food was excellent and staff very friendly. A big plus that we weren't previously aware of is that you can get any burger variety with chicken breast instead, which my wife really appreciated! Will definitely return.
