I always get compliments on my hair even on the worst of days….thanks to my hairstylist John. He knows my hair well and will give me honest opinions on what to do. The cut and highlights that he gives me are always fresh, lightweight, and hides my greys well.
Although it looked fine at the salon post cut, I can now see that Mindy razor cut my hair to death. I had really beautiful, thick, and healthy hair. I did not ask for it to be thinned out, but the way she hacked away at my hair created a lot of split ends. It’s also much shorter than we agreed on, and I will need to get it cut again to remove the razored ends. :( Make sure to tell them not to thin out your hair with feathering! It makes your hair look dry and dead! My hair looked healthier before getting 4 or 5 inches cut….

I had been coming to Heidi for some time. I have relatives that come to her as well. My first couple visits I got what I wanted, paid some good money and I was happy. 4th time around, less work, cheaper price but I felt she didn't do her best. My hair was not close to what I wanted. I understand there is a process at times but this was not what happened. Still went back one more time to see what she can do to remove the super brassy color and she gave me 2 options. So I ended up having to reschedule because the option I wanted to go with could possibly take 4 hrs.
I told her I would have to reschedule but asked if she could wash and blow dry my hair so I can pay for something. She said no, she didn't have time. She was pretty rude about it too. She then removed my cape and started speaking in her language and left me on the chair. She didn't say a word after that. SHE WAS SOOOO RUDE.
I didn't inform her before leaving about the situation and how bad I felt but that she didnt have to be sooo rude.
She now lost 3 customers, my family will not be going to her either.
So many other places to go to.
My point here is that she could have handled the situation differently.
I made an appointment with the nail artist. She was very disorganized to begin with. She was asking me to make a deposit so I can pay for her materials. I cancelled for personal reasons and she went off on me on text for canceling. I already apologized for cancelling, but she kept calling me immature. As a nail artist/ business owner it is very inappropriate to call someone immature for simply cancelling. So, next time you think about canceling at this place, you might get called immature and irresponsible.
I’ve been getting my hair cut by John since I was a teenager over a decade ago. He always takes his time and the results are consistently amazing.
Awesome experience for me. Very clean and organize shop and full of good vibes. Got more than just a haircut, got a little extra head massage as she was washing my head which is a plus ^_^ Very friendly and convenient cause its basically right across from my house. I notice that she was really thorough and I just realize that there's not a bunch of hair on my clothes or left over on my head which is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. I will be back for more! Thu was my hairstylist, she's awesome!
Every time I come in for a hair cut I absolutely love the result. I have had my hair cut by multiple stylists and it is always superb. I haven't had my hair colored here, but my sister-in-law has, and it was phenomenally done! I highly recommend this salon.
