I had my first hair appointment with the color bar today. Janet was amazing! She took great care of me. She uses all great products and my hair feels great. I wanted to go lighter and eventually get to a gray color without damaging my hair. I’m so glad I came here. Thank you Janet! ♥️
Janet is my hair designer and she is #1 with color, hi-lights, low-lights and gives the BEST haircuts!! My hair has grown about 1/2 inch since December. The Color Bar Salon is such a great place and offers so many services. I can’t wait to have my eyebrows and makeup done. I came here 2 weeks ago for the first time for a root touch up and haircut. I asked for long layers and did want some length cut off due to my hair being so long. She styled my hair with curls when she was all done (I agreed to it.) I was happy when I left but when I got home I noticed my hair was super uneven. I reached out to my stylist and she fit me in the next day to fix it. I came back to the salon and I brushed out my curls as much as I can. What I thought was only the length that needed fixing, turned out to be worse than I thought. I told her yes it was only the length and I thought the layers were fine when I looked at them myself so again l left after it was "fixed". So coming home the second time the next day I completely straightened my hair only to find my right side of hair more heavily cut than the other and it overall looks uneven. I tried to maybe just let it be but after having several people see that its noticeable its embarrassing. I was hoping she would be able to fix it the second time all the way but im just so disappointed. I had my hair cut in layers for years and it's never looked this bad.
I’ve been coming here for the past two years and I’ve never been disappointed, Janet did my little ones hair and it came out beautifully, I highly recommend coming here !
Unfortunately very disappointed. The people who work there are polite and friendly. But I didn't get what I wanted. I gave $ 255 for highlighting, which did not work out. I got chocolate color. After they washed off the toner, I got a yellow color. Also the waiting time was long. I definitely won't go there again.
If you want your hair done perfectly, this is the best salon to go. Janet has been doing my hair for almost 4 years. I drive from Riverside, but I wouldn't have any other hairdresser touch my hair.
I am absolutely in LOVE with my new hair and I have nobody but Janet to thank for that. My entire experience with this salon from beginning to end was extremely pleasant, and Janet definitely made me feel heard when I was explaining to her what it was I wanted. Won't be going anywhere else from now on for my hair!
