I ordered 2 oap specials to take my grandparent as i normally do every week. This time, they charge me full price without asking me who they were for. Staff were not interested in asking me for proof or offering me a refund of the difference.

Told us “to go elsewhere” which is probably why your first business failed!

Uncooked hard chips, poor customer service, says will be ready by a certain time, and then isn’t ready until 20mins after said time.

Poor attitude and rude staff.

Francine’s may be a little more expensive but atleast the service is better and treat each customer with respect!

This is the first fish and chips I have tried since moving to Launceston, I won't be going anywhere else. All the food was amazing, cooked fresh and brilliant service. Would highly recommend.

Rude staff that act like it’s their first day on the job. Was told 30 minute wait for chips which was fine but it took 1 hour and 17 minutes!!! Avoid if your hungry!

Great fish and chips are best in Launceston

Excellent food, the fish was literally bigger than the foam it's in and they don't mind if you eat there and they even have me a codfarther baseball cap! Amazing would recommend anyday best in Launceston and probably best in Cornwall!

Very good portion sizes. Chips fish and sausages were stunning. The only complaint were the onion rings sorry but they were limp and soggy and the breaded scampi. That was very pale looking and really mushed up inside

Living as a child with Whitby on my doorstep fish and chip places have a high standard to compare and compare well this place does. Busy with the locals as well which is always a good sign.
