Really great to see this pub succeed after having been shut for years. The food is very good and the staff v friendly. We've been for Sunday lunch and live music on Friday evening. This showed how adaptable they are at getting the atmosphere just right!
Hands down, the best pub in Salisbury. Have visited four times since the relaunch and the place is getting better each time we go. Last nights pie and mash was the best I’ve tasted in years and the kids were delighted with their chicken goujons. It’s great quality homemade pub grub, with added bonus of boardgames and colouring gear to keep the kids happy so we could actually sit and enjoy it! Husband likes how the beer is kept and I can definitely vouch the margaritas & the rosé... It’s clean and smart with cool quirky decor, plus added bonus - Bertie the pub dog is very cute!
Fabulous Pub. Great food, lovely selection of ales and wonderfully friendly staff. Definitely our favourite place in Salisbury for a relaxing lunchtime snack and drink.

Our favourite pub in Salisbury!... Super friendly and welcoming. They loved our little Yorkie dog, he even thinks he lives there now. Big thanks to all, especially Bonnie and Alfie.. we were a bit late for dinner but they said no problem, we can sort that out :) ... food was lovely.
Good old fashioned customer service. Made us and our two dogs feel very welcome. The food was very good and served nice and quickly. The saff were lovely. The pub had a really nice atmosphere.
Delightful pub with very large beer choice. Staff very welcoming. A nice place to be. Not eaten there yet but other people's food looked excellent
We had a super Sunday Roast here with vegetarian and gluten free options available to keep everyone happy. Extra gravy, roast potatoes and vegetables can be requested for no extra charge! We were too full to tackle dessert but they did look good. Great selection of beers and ales to try including some local options. The service from the friendly staff was excellent.
The description of this pub is hopelessly out of date. It has been beautifully refurbished. Excellent choice of real ales. Sunday lunch was cooked to perfection, generous portions. Friendly service great ambience welcome addition to the neighbourhood.
