A quint place for a haircut and Norman does a great job. He conscientious and detail oriented with his hair cutting and very open to what type of work you want him to do on your hair.
If you look for a quick & cheap service, this is the place to be. If your hair is more worth, look for a real hair stylist. The woman finished in 10 minutes and added another 2 minutes to shorten the length bit more upon my request. Result is hair with no style. Didn’t dare to ask for improvement as I felt she was not capable. Will need to look for another hairdresser to repair…
Best small town feel around! Always nice and professional. Great service with great results.
Traditional barber set up. $20 cash for a haircut and beer from the fridge.
Horrible experience. Cut was done in 5 minutes, hands reeked of cigarette smoke, cut was crooked and fade was blended horribly. Asked for her to fix it and it was still atrocious. I Immediately went to buy a hat afterwards. They are a cash only business too so if you don’t have any, you have to go to an ATM next door. Worst cut I’ve had in the last decade.
What a great shop! Norman and his wife are friendly, courteous and professional. The shop is spotlessly clean and has a great atmosphere. The quaint building right on the Collierville Town Square is perfect. I doubt you could get better service, value and quality wrapped up in a great location any where else in the country. On top on all this, Norman gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. No kidding! I’m actually looking forward to going back again.... really neat experience. I would recommend Sheers & Beers to anyone. Keep up the great work Norman. Your hard work and dedication will make your shop a huge success.
This is the neatest barber shop I've ever been to. It has a old time feel to it because it's small and quaint but a modern appearance. However, I would go back to this place even if it was in a tree house. Norman is fantastic. He takes his time and does the haircut right. He doesn't rush through it like he's trying to get to a bunch of other customers like most salons I've been to. His prices are reasonable and his haircuts are amazing. This is the only barber shop I will go back to.
Norman is, without question, the best barber I've ever used. He makes the best lines. The best fades. The cleanest, most even shave money can buy. Which... Considering how good of a barber he is.. is the most reasonably priced option you're gonna find these days. 20 bucks got me a compete cut, my brows, neck and everything on my whole head. Springing for a full shave only cost 4$ extra for my lumberjack of a beard. Not only that, but this place is open 7 days a week with tremendously liberal hours to boot. He's even open Mondays! Which for whatever reason is like the barber holiday. Norman and his wife recently opened this quaint but inviting diamond in the rough. My haircuts always get compliments and I know yours will to. Don't take my word for it. Support your local business today.
