I recently visited the Clock Tower Dental and was thoroughly impressed. Dr Dimo was exceptional, combining professional expertise with a warm, approachable manner. His knowledge and care in explaining procedures made me feel at ease. The nurse, Ruta, deserves special mention for her politeness and helpfulness, contributing significantly to a comfortable and reassuring experience. The practice is clean, and they handle appointments efficiently. Highly recommend this practice for quality dental care!
This surgery is the worst. The Dentist is unprofessional, very uncaring and has no bedside manner whatsoever. The Greek one is lazy and useless. He refused to see me, threw a partial denture I was supposed to have fitted into a bag with the denture stuck firmly to the chalk impression, when I tried to get it off it snapped in two. I telephoned to explain what had happened and they couldn’t care less, and refused to do anything about it.This practice should be shut down. It’s also dirty and the equipment is old and dirty.I’m going to report them. Don’t go there you will be disappointed. They deserve no stars, the place is a dump.
My NHS registration was terminated without my prior notice. Instead, I was instructed to schedule an appointment as a private patient. When I inquired about the complaints procedure, the receptionist was unable to provide me with the necessary information. The receptionist directed me to their website for further details but was unable to provide the exact website address.
I've not seen a dentist since before covid. My teeth where in a bad way. Never have I ever felt more at ease. The dentist was amazing. My teeth have never looked better. Looking forward to my next visit next month ☺️
Great team - they provided thorough advice before and after the treatment. They are very nice and understanding, never before has a dentist been so transparent with me throughout the entire experience. The treament itself was very well done and handled with great care.
I have been a fairly new patient to this practice and am so impressed at the service they provide. Firstly they are extremely accommodating in terms of emergency appointments which is how I discovered the practice. As a patient that has a phobia of the dentist and has avoided visiting a dentist for nearly 5 years, I was made to feel at ease during my treatment which I never believed would be possible.
Unfortunately, the levels of service have significantly dropped in the last couple of years due to staff changes.
For many of us, visiting the Dentist can be a daunting experience. For me, this Practice has now made the experience a lot worse.
My name is irrelevant in this review and I do not need to provide any personal information. What is important to remember is that the quality of service should remain the same no matter who visits the Practice.

Me and my children have been registered for a few years now, reception staff are lovely, The dentist is the best, very kind and great at making you feel at ease, can’t thank you and the dental nurse enough!!(sorry I can’t remember their names)
