This place is always empty but they are still around. To be fair the food is great. The waffle is always on point. Ice cream is good. Decent place with nice décor which West Ealing does not deserve.
Dessert was delicious. Really enjoyed ourselves. Place is great just near the west London mosque.
Pancake crepe was nice but the chocolate churros were too sweet and filled with chocolate.
I am not one to complain about food, however, this desert was not the one. First of all there is no form of health and safety in this establishment. Two of my friends ordered cookie dough and they were both absolutely unacceptable. The plates were ridiculously hot, yes they do give u a warning but with the amount of heat emitting from that plate and warning wasn't going to cut it Im afraid. When consulting the staff he replied by saying its fresh cookie dough not made previously. Id rather take previously made cookie dough and still keep my hands and mouth than fresh and lose it to the hottest thing on this planet.
Moving on to the quality of the food. It was below one star. If i could do minus star i would believe you me. If you have read this review and still want to challenge your bowel system then be my guest. Enjoy ????????
Extremely disappointing encounter.
Never encountered such blatant disrespect.
Upon entering, the waiter inquired about our party size. I clearly stated three, yet he promptly diverted his attention to another person, perhaps presuming they were part of our group.
Subsequently, the cashier publicly reprimanded me for supposedly disregarding the waiter and failing to await seating instructions.
The manner in which he raised his voice left me utterly taken aback.
In an attempt to defuse the situation, the waiter attributed the confusion to the establishment's peak hours, emphasising the need to seat us promptly.
Despite plenty of seating availability and a relatively calm atmosphere, we were directed to a rear table. Typically, establishments prefer to seat customers near the front to create an illusion of occupancy.
Disappointed by the deplorable service, I departed without placing an order. Regrettably, this experience marks the first occasion I've felt compelled to leave a negative review. Such a profoundly disappointing ordeal. Congratulations Chocolate Factory. My first bad review.
I got the oreo cheesecake here and it was really bad - it definitely didn't taste like a normal cream cheese cheesecake. It tasted synthetic and just not real. The cakes are also mediocre. They sell them at £5 - £6 a slice and it really isn't worth it. I think they buy really low quality ingredients, which is a shame because it would be nice if the standards were more similar to Heavenly Deserts, but instead it just tastes cheap and it's not even cheap prices.
I came back to this place. And it has improved so much. The menus look great and the taste of the food is better. The guy was polite and helpful. It’s always very clean inside.
The Tiramisu was amazing and so was the Piña colada.. unfortunately the karak chia wasn’t great hopefully they will improve on it.
My kids loved the ice cream and it tasted fresh. It was a very generous scoup so I would say it's also good value for money. I ordered an apple pie with custard, the pastry was soggy, the filling incredibly sweet, the custard was just standard shop bought, and it was served with caramelized sugar on the plate which not only was it unecessary, but also incredibly dangerous on how hot the plate was, considering I had young children and a toddler with me.
My daughter loved the decoration and the kids after they got their really high kick of sugar on their system, they inevitably started running around. The staff was kind enough to not tell me off while I was trying to calm them down.
It's a new store and a lot of care has been put into it, their ice cream is good, if they fix a few more things on their menu, I am sure they will be great! We will be visiting again for the ice cream!
